It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: Stellaluna Beach House is a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach cottage in WaterColor’s popular Park District. This adorable cottage sleeps 10 and is within walking distance to the Beach Club, Cerulean Park, and Gulf-front dining.

A shaded front porch with inviting wicker seating welcomes guests to Stellaluna. Stepping inside, guests will be delighted at the inviting feel of the open living, dining, and kitchen spaces. Pine floors are sandy-feet friendly and add warmth to the comfortable interiors. A living area has a queen sleeper sofa, 1 additional sofa, and 2 swivel chairs surrounding a flat-screen TV. A round pedestal dining table with modern baby blue chairs and a fabulous pendant light is placed beside a dine-in kitchen island that seats an additional 5. Brilliant quartz counters and newer stainless steel appliances provide plenty of space for meal prep. A hallway leads to 3 bedrooms and a back door that opens to a screened porch. A bunk bedroom has 2 twin-over-twin bunks beds that share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A guest bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower.

Guests will enjoy exploring WaterColor and nearby 30A on 3 included adult bikes. The Park District is convenient to WaterColor’s boutiques, restaurants, beach access, nature trails, and Seaside. Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

PLEASE NOTE: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

This property is in excellent condition, and it is located in a very convenient area of Watercolor. We walked to the Watercolor Beach Club every day. If you are looking for a three bedroom, three bedroom vacation home, you will not be disappointed. The house is very clean, accommodations are nice, and the kitchen is well equipped (great coffee maker too). We enjoyed having coffee on the front porch each morning, and the house is located in a quiet area (about a block away from the more traveled roads in the neighborhood). Check in and check out was very easy too. My wife and I both said that we will stay here again. What a great vacation home!
