Situated on Scenic 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, Blessings is the perfect beachfront hub for families and friends. The home has five bedrooms and can accommodate up to twenty-two beach ready guests, and with its own private beach steps and vast pool area (26X12), you can quickly enjoy a freshwater dip, or take a stroll down the beach in no time.

When you enter the main living area with its airy loft styling, the additional windows welcome in the sun and brighten the entire space. Multiple patio doors lead out the deck, with emerald hued waters and sugary sands as far as the eye can see. Here you can sip on your drinks and enjoy the sunset, taking in the beach breeze air. The sitting area has a large blue sofa that can convert into a king sleeper when the cushions are rearranged, and two tan lounge chairs. The colors playfully match the tropical themed rug. This seating flags the wall mounted flat screen TV. Nearby, the kitchen has bright white cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances, with two islands ready for your next family feast. The dining room table is nearby that comfortably seats eight, while an additional table around the wall can seat 3 more for meals or games.

The master bedroom is on the 1st floor and features a king size bed with a full bathroom with patio doors that lead straight to the beachfront deck. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor as well, with one room housing two twin beds and full bath, while the other room houses two twin bunks with a half bath. Head up the open stairway to the galley and there are 2 sleeper sofas. At each end of the galley, there are two additional bedrooms. One contains two full sized beds, and one has a king-sized bed. Both have full bathrooms.

Blessings is also a key location to all the hot spots Santa Rosa Beach has to offer. Nearby is Gulf Place, a hub for localized coffee shops bistros and restaurants, art and a wine shop. Across the street from Gulf Place is Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, with amazing views of the beach and water from its location. Golf courses are here too. A short distance away is Santa Rosa Beach Club with an eighteen-hole golf course tucked away in this wonderful beach location. You can experience all of this and more, as you explore all the other beach communities Scenic Highway 30A has to enjoy.

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.

COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE
Beach Service is provided seasonally from March 1st - October 31st, weather permitting, and is only offered during regular business hours until 5pm. This service at this property includes 3 umbrellas and 6 beach chairs!

We offer a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities including: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.
