This inviting 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is sure to impress with it's "bright/beachy" decor and great location = perfect vacation retreat. Also comes with great built in bonus bunk bed in stair case!

When entering this condo from 1st floor you will encounter the relaxing master bedroom with warm tones and a king size bed. It comes complete with a connecting master bathroom with a double vanity, jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. This will definitely give you that vacation retreat you were looking for! You will also find a guest bedroom that consists of 1 King Bed with a single twin bed over King Bed. This guest bedroom sleeps 3 comfortably. This room also has a connecting bathroom with a single vanity and a tub and shower combo. Also stacked washer/dryer in closet of downstairs hallway.

2nd floor you will be welcomed by the fantastic great room and its comfortable furnishings. You will also be able to enjoy meals from the home’s wonderful kitchen. Perfect Location in Watercolor!
This condo was perfect for my family of 3 and in-laws. The location is amazing and the condo is very clean and well stocked. The parking is super accessible. Loved the ease of our stay. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Process for checking in and out was easy and smooth. The owner was quick to communicate. Location and access to the pools at Watercolor Inn, restaurants and beaches as well as the city of Seaside was great. We could walk, bike, swim, eat, relax and enjoy our time together with ease. Fantastic and spacious condo in an ideal location, and great customer service from owner.
This condo is spacious, and in an absolutely fabulous location. Our family of four had plenty of space and we loved being so close to the Watercolor beach club, shopping and restaurants. The owner was very responsive to emails during the booking process and wanted to ensure we had a great stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the area and condo beds were very comfortable. It’s a great location if you want to bike or walk. It is not conducive to renting a golf cart like I thought because there is no place to charge them. Watercolor only allows LSV’s.

Wonderful stay
A wonderful property for our family (2 adults, 2 toddlers). Great location near the Warercolor Beach Club, a nice breakfast spot, and the 30A running trail leading to Greyton State Park. Convenient parking. The unit was well appointed, and we cooked most meals. Our toddlers loved the unique bunk bed as well as the hallway "secret fort" napping area. We hope to return!

Perfect Getaway on 30A
My sisters and I loved our long weekend at this property. The owner was super helpful and responsive throughout our stay. You absolutely cannot beat this location and added value of the Watercolor Beach Club access. Lots of room for a party of three — we would come back with our full party of five and still be comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property, as someone who has stayed in many rentals on 30A over the years!

Prime location, clean property, comfortable bed, very short stroll to Seaside. Owner responded quickly to any questions I had. The condo wasn’t perfect but to mention the minor issues I had would be nitpicking so I’ll save those for the owner. Overall, GREAT stay.

Gorgeous property in Paradise
What a great trip. The condo is luxurious and comfortable at the same time. High ceilings / spacious / beautiful furnishings. The location is amazing. Right across the street from the beach with access to the pools at the beach club. We biked through the gorgeous trails in the neighborhood and to Seaside which is just a few blocks away. Chad is a good host. We would most definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, steps from beach and short walk to BoatHouse WC pool and Seaside. More spacious than it looks. Only complaints were that we had trouble finding a spot to wash off our feet from the beach with the Beach club closed for renovations and the dryer (like seemingly every vacation condo) takes two cycles to dry clothes. Owner was very helpful and WaterColor is beautiful!

We stayed at this property with our family of four during spring break. It was in the perfect location. Just across the street from the pool and beach. Right next door to the wine bar, breakfast place and candy store. Publix was just over a mile away. We loved using the five different pools and the short walk over to Seaside. Would definitely stay here again. The owner was very helpful and communicative. We will definitely be back.

Beach trip
Watercolor is an amazing place to go to the beach! This was our third summer in a row. First time in this property. This location was wonderful! Short walk to the beach/pool. Next door to the ice cream shop! Also, we walked to Seaside most days-it is about a 10 minute walk. The place was really clean and nice. Really nice porch upstairs to hang out. Very easy process to check in and check out. Will be back!

The condo is absolutely beautiful. Everything is easy to use access to the beach is super close although they do need somewhere to wash your feet off unfortunately, this week it rained more than any other time we’ve been coming down thankfully we still were able to make it a fun, memorable trip. This trip was the first time we have stayed in a condo on 30A and we really enjoyed our stay. We were initially disappointed about no being able to rent a golf cart due to lack of charging stations at the site. However, we were really please with the location and walked or rode bikes for the majority of our stay. The condo is 0.8 mile from Seaside square, across the street from Watercolor Inn and Beach Club, walking distance to the boathouse and pool, and less than maybe 400 feet to a beach access. Although we could not see the ocean from our balcony, we could definitely still hear the ocean and enjoy the ocean breezes. The beach chairs, umbrella, and toys included in the rental were perfect for the kiddos. Unfortunately, during this stay the beaches were closed due to double-red flags during our entire stay, but with all of the pool access included in the rental we were never bored. We really enjoyed our stay and will consider staying at this location again.
