We offer a six night or more paradise rental to you.

This beautiful beach/ocean view home was recently featured on HGTV's Beach Hunter!!!

We continue to upgrade the house and keep it in top shape for your 5 star review. A coffee/wine bar was recently added to master bedroom. All the wood floors have been replaced, new paint and many other upgrades throughout.

We purchased a 2024 6 person golf cart that will be at the rental if it is operational at the time of your rental. Walk or drive the golf cart to some of the area’s rare coastal dune lakes and explore all of the beauty that South Walton has to offer. We cannot be responsible for issues with the golf cart that may need maintenance and be unavailable for your stay. We are not responsible for paying or providing for an alternate golf cart for your use. Since this is a brand new cart in 2024, we hope to have limited interruptions in availability. A separate cart rental agreement will need to be signed prior to use. No one under the age of 21 is allowed to drive and renters are responsible for any damage, liability or loss and for providing the primary insurance.

Cypress Dunes is a beautiful gated village of luxurious beach homes located at the west end of scenic 30-A. This picturesque community is surrounded by the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park and the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Just miles from the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin, our home offers all the conveniences of great restaurants and shopping while providing the serenity of a quiet beachfront community. We have a security camera inside the garage.

The beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are about a 15 minute walk, 5 minute bicycle ride, or a quick drive to public access with free parking, public bathrooms and showers and life guards on duty March thru September. Public beach assess is all along 30A and the first is 0.5 miles from community entrance.

Topsail Hill is a 1,640-acre Florida State Park. It offers a wide variety of natural resources including 3.2 miles of secluded, white sand beaches with majestic dunes over 25 feet tall. Three rare coastal dune lakes provide excellent freshwater fishing. Lakes, pristine beaches, old-growth long leaf pines, sand pine scrub, and a variety of wetlands offer a bird-watching and hiking paradise. Visitors are invited to enjoy swimming, bicycling, roller blading, fishing, hiking, picnicking and more.

The Cypress Dunes community offers a long list of amenities in a quiet and peaceful surrounding. The upscale amenities include a clubhouse which showcases a gulf front Infinity edge pool, state-of-the- art fitness center, outdoor Jacuzzi and fireplace, observation sun deck with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico, and a banquet room. Two regulation championship tennis courts are located within the community.

You will fall in love with this immaculate home with five private bedrooms and five bathrooms. The house has unobstructed panoramic views of the gulf. As you enter the main living space the main entertainment area of the house with wood floors and expansive views of the gulf. The open concept main floor makes entertaining simple. Stainless steel appliances accent the gourmet kitchen with seating for three. Your dining room flows right off of the kitchen and has seating for and additional eight people. Enjoy watching the flat screen TV in your comfortable living room or enjoy refreshments in the beautiful porch overlooking the ocean.

The master bedroom is located on the third floor. Your spacious bedroom includes a King bed, TV, DVD player and Coffee/Wine Bat. Want to relax in paradise? Enjoy relaxing on the third floor balcony with spectacular 180 degree views of the gulf located directly off the master bedroom. The master bath has two sinks and a luxurious walk-in shower with steam heads.

The second floor has two queen bedrooms with private baths with walk-in showers and TV's. The first floor has two queen bedrooms with private baths with walk-in showers.. A full size washer and dryer are also located on the first floor for your convenience.

We provide four free adult and one kid bike for your enjoyment. Cypress Dunes and its surroundings areas are perfect to explore on a bike. Miles of paved trails along the beaches of South Walton are ideal for biking during your visit to Cypress Dunes. There are over 20 miles of scenic 30-A bike trails that wind through the area’s coastal dune lakes and villages

the check in and check out process was very easy. Lisa and Tim were very responsive. The property was absolutely beautiful and clean. We loved the location of the neighborhood. It was secluded and quiet but within minutes of all the activities of shopping, dining and sight-seeing. This property offered many amenities within the neighborhood. The beach is close by. We enjoyed a short walk through the Topsail Hill Preserve park to get to a quieter and more secluded area of beach. The entrance is close enough to walk or bike. We would definitely recommend this property and plan on vacationing here again.

Beene Beach Vacation
We had a family of 8 on our stay, and there was more than plenty of room for us all. The house is immaculate and the owner was very helpful and easy to contact. We had no problems with our stay. The 3rd floor balcony view is breath taking. I enjoyed my morning coffee and time spent on the balcony as much as I enjoyed the beach. The Dune Allen Regional Beach was a short drive, 1.4 miles, from the home. We were very close to grocery store, shopping, and dining. My kids enjoyed the pool that was just walking distance from the home, and view from the pool was beautiful too! I would love to go back to this beach home! Highly recommend staying here.

We just finished our stay at this one of a kind property. I can’t say enough about it. The photos are super accurate, something that is not common on vacation home sites. We had 5 adults and 2 older kids stay here and we all had ample space. The decks were a real treat. The view of Topsail from the Master was stunning. Tim and Tina are very responsive hosts. Even while they were on their own vacation, they still responded promptly. We found the instructions given about the property and amenities were very clear. We would 110% stay here again, and highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to have a relaxing beach vacation on the Emerald Coast. Thank you again Tim and Tina for hosting us at your beautiful property. My whole family misses it already.

Absolutely wonderful
Tim and Lisa have a very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked home with amazing gulf views! We loved that it backs right up to the state park, so even though the neighborhood is dense, you feel like you have your own space in nature. The home was super clean and it’s clear they work hard to keep it that way. The beds, sofa, chairs, etc were all very comfortable as well. No old mattresses on creaky bed frames here! The kitchen was well stocked and we loved that the garage came with bikes and beach gear for our use. We rented a golf cart and loaded it with a canopy and cooler for the beach (ours, not included in the rental), plus various beach supplies from the garage like beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, etc. and had a great time each day. In early August we never had a challenge with parking our cart at the local beach access down the road. You don’t have to rent a cart, but we found it easy and appreciated it helped keep our car free of sand. Tim and Lisa made check-in/out very easy. They communicated extremely well and we’re always responsive if needed. The community pool and gym were also nice benefits. We’re excited to plan our next 30A vacation!

This house is beautiful with plenty of room for family fun or “me” space. The golf cart was a great addition. I only gave 4 stars for overall experience because the icemaker wasn’t working for the first four days… a mild inconvenience. Also… We followed the check out procedures with 100% accuracy, but were still charged $100 for beach towels being placed with bath towels in laundry room when we left. Checkout Procedures say “ ALL towels should go to laundry room.” It should say “All BATH towels…. We never saw a note on the beach towel basket telling us to wash the towels and put back in basket. I’m sure the basket had been flipped around as children took towels out. If the checkout had said All BATH towels to laundry room I would have asked about beach towels. So … an extra $100 was owed because we followed the checkout procedures. None of the 9 of us ever saw the note on the basket. We just followed the checkout procedures as we read them.

Blissful Beach Vacation
We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful home!! Tim and Lisa are incredible hosts! They were so communicative and gave the best recommendations to make our week extra special. This home is even more perfect than we could've imagined. We had everything we needed and more! We choose to cook our own meals for the most part and were able to do so with ease. We enjoyed The Donut Hole for a special breakfast and the adults visited Crust Artisan Bakery for the most amazing dinner. Highly recommend! The golf cart was an added bonus. We were able to enjoy a relaxing week of refreshing time with friends and family. Many memories made! We would not hesitate to return to this home. Thank you, Tim and Lisa!

Exceeds Expectations!!
The house was the cleanest I have rented in years and the little extras like beach gear and towels, decor, coffee bar in the 3rd floor master, were unexpected and made our stay. It is very clear that this home is loved and is stunningly decorated and maintained. Communication with the hosts was above and beyond. The views were spectacular. My teens loved biking to the beach on the clear and safe path as well as around the neighborhood. I enjoyed early morning and evening walks through the neighborhood to include over the cypress walk to phase 2. My hubs joined me in the mornings and would them peel off to exercise at the amenities center gym. For future renters, the hosts are above an beyond! We enjoyed the blessings that abound in the home, neighborhood and on the beach! We will definitely be back!!!

WOW…..
This is one of the best houses my family and I have ever stayed in. Fully stocked from the kitchen to the garage. Tons of beach and pool toys for the kiddos. We took out the bikes several times and rode around the scenic neighborhood. The house is beautifully decorated. My favorite part was the top floor view, absolutely breathtaking, even on a cloudy day. We really enjoyed Stallworth beach, it was a quick drive and not crowded. Close to Publix and Walmart, plus they had a cute little coffee shop right up the road. Thanks Tim and Lisa for a wonderful stay, we would definitely come back!

Hoping this space is meant for honest feedback. Here we go. Great Property. The Owners were the most engaged PM we've ever experienced with ABB/VRBO., Views were remarkable and the neighbor hood was very peaceful. The pool and fitness center was outstanding. A few words of caution tho.. If you rent this home for a family getaway and have kids under 7, i would recommend rolling up the white carpets and covering the white cushions of dinning chairs. There are quite a few very beautiful and elaborate decorations thru out the house that are not necessarily secure or toddler proof. Beautiful white carpets in the kids rooms downstairs. You will see these items when you tour the house and would be advised to relocate these decorations to higher ground before your little minions activate the rental insurance over a chipped glass starfish figurine. Very Very beautifully decorated tho however it is Not Michaels or Hobby lobby decorum but what seems to be more Pier 1 pricey ( ie breakable). Also, If you are bringing a truck please make sure you have enough room in the garage as it was a bit of a tight fit for my Colorado. The included Bikes, Beach gear, grill reduce the usable garage space by ~25% rendering it as only effectively usefully for only one mid size sedan. Could be better organized to provide a little more room. Cant say enough good about The owners as they were super nice and were easy to get in contact with. Overall I would stay here again especially when the kiddos get older and less spill prone. QNorwood Orange TX

Perfect family vacation
Our family loved this vacation spot! The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need, the amenities were amazing and enjoyed by both the adults and teens, views were amazing and the neighborhood peaceful and quaint. Great house, great vacation
My family and friends had a great vacation in Tim and Lisa's beautiful home. Well-stocked kitchen, amazing Gulf views, great clubhouse pool/fitness center, all made for an unforgettable week. We highly recommend this home!

Gorgeous views and wildlife
We go to Destin every year and normally stay in San Destin st West Winds but opted for something different this year … and I’m glad we did. The location of this home is ideal. It borders a beach side state park and faces the ocean so there are really nice views from the balconies … especially the master suite. In the morning and evenings deer walk by … we also saw a multitude of birds and rabbits. It’s quiet… but yet close to everything that makes 30A a top destination. Parking at the beach was fairly easy for us as we rented a golf cart for the week and enjoyed taking it down 30A … we went all the way to Grayton Beach with no issues. The house is spotless and well taken care of. Nice linens and beds. We really enjoyed our stay. We actually liked the smaller pool in the neighborhood as it was a little more kid friendly. However the infinity pool is also nice. A great stay and I’m sure we will be back.

Fabulous Florida Home!
The property was beautifully decorated and cared for by the lovely owners, Tim and Lisa. The home was well equipped, with plenty of seating, comfy bedding and lots of space to mix and have fun. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some memorable holiday meals. The community has amenities that we used almost daily, including heated infinity pool, hot tub, and a nice gym. The views from the home are amazing. You will be very happy with this rental. The hosts are wonderfully quick to respond and very helpful. We will definitely be back!
