"Big appartment for a budget rate, close enough to the ferry port and nearby supermarkets to allow for walking to and from, but let down by provision of dirty teatowel, hard floors and thin ceilings resulting in no sleep possible until after midnight due to noise (talking and movement) from above. Lack of utilities' instructions meant that coffee maker unusable. Reasonable overall but could be better. Although WiFi signal strong, couldn't get it to connect."

Op loopafstand van Ile Rousse - zeer gezellig dorp met mooie stranden. Absolute aanrader. Als we terug komen in Ile Rousse boeken weer hier weer!"

"Nice setting.Rooms very noisey as walls paper thin. Extra expense of 40 euros to clean the room and hotel asks you to wash all crockery, clean room and dispose of all rubbish which I think is asking a little to much considering the cleaning charge is added to your bill!!!! We loved the bread and pastry delivery in the mornings. Parking with charging point for electric vehicle. "La location est suffisamment grande pour un couple avec 3 enfants. Il y avait une machine a laver et lave vaisselle et un four. La terrasse est agréable. La residence n est pas entretenue au niveau des espaces vert et chemin au sein de la residence. Il y a 2 piscines. Une grande et une petite avec un profondeur de 1,10m idéale pour les enfants. Les plages sont a 10-15 minutes en voiture. On a 15 minutes du port de calvi. Il y a un spar et boulangerie a moins de 5 minutes en voiture."

"We were there in mid-October so very much the low season. Wouldn't want to be there in high season - not my scene. Comfortable accommodation with all the basics - small cooker, microwave, fridge, etc. There is a long windy road to approach this place - approx. 2.5km - which has a lot of potholes. You get used to it! We had first line sea view accommodation so great for sunsets, etc."

The kitchen had everything we needed, a 2-ring hob which heated up quickly, plenty of utensils, cutlery and crockery for 2 people. The place was clean and the area was quiet.
