A large garden with trees for eating and reading outside just 1 km from the beach, the town center, seaside activities, restaurants and shops.
Private parking, terrace, garden furniture, parasol, equipped kitchen, air conditioning and very good quality bedding. Country atmosphere for this comfortable accommodation.
We can recommend many walks and hikes, by car or by bike to discover Corsica.

Fantastisch!!
Ik heb een week in deze geweldige accommodatie gezeten en vond het er fantastisch! Een kleine maar zeer functionele en leuke studio. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er! Buiten beschik je over een heerlijk, groot terras met uitzicht op de mooi onderhouden, eveneens grote tuin. Het is een uitklapbed dus verwacht geen geweldig matras. Wel heerlijke kussens! Alhoewel je dichtbij l’Ile Rousse zit heb je totaal geen geluidsoverlast. Carine is een vriendelijke gastvrouw die je privacy respecteert maar wel af en toe een praatje komt maken en goede tips heeft mbt wandelingen in de prachtige omgeving. Ik kom beslist weer terug!

Ruhig gelegenes schönes kleines Appartement am Rand von L'Ile-Rousse
Appartement hat alles was man benötigt. Alles war sauber. Man kann wunderschön auf der Terrasse Frühstücken und Abendessen. Die Ruhe und die Natur geben einem die Möglichkeit den Urlaub richtig zu genießen. Auch die Gastgeberin Carine ist eine sehr freundliche Person, welche sich telefonisch bemüht hat, dass wir einen guten Urlaub haben. Ein Punkt hat mir aber nicht gefallen, deswegen gibt es auch nicht 5 Sterne. Nachdem die Buchung mit der ersten Bezahlung abgeschlossen war, hat Carine mir einen extra Vertrag zugeschickt. Unterschiedlich von der Beschreibung auf der Website sollte man nun für Handtücher und Bettwäsche bezahlen, außerdem sollte die Endreinigung einen meiner Meinung nach deutlich zu hohen Betrag kosten, als Kaution waren auch eine deutlich zu hoher Betrag oder ein Reisepass aufgeführt. Wir haben dann die Endreinigung selber gemacht und unsere Bettwäsche auch selbst mitgenommen. Diese Infos müssen vor der Online Buchung klar sein. Da man auf FewoDirekt leider nicht die genauen Preise in die Bewertung schreiben darf, fragt vorher schon Carine was die Endreinigung usw. kostet. Besser wäre natürlich, wenn Carine alle Details in die Anzeige schreibt, um eine faire Gastgeberin zu sein. Trotz dessen können wir uns sehr gut vorstellen eines Tages wieder zu kommen.

Nous avons adorés séjourner dans ce petit studio ideal pour deux et au calme. Les proprietaires sont de bons conseils pour les visites et très gentilles. Nous avons passés un agréable séjour !

Semaine très réussie à l'Ile Rousse
Beau studio, au calme, bien équipé Conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Très belle terrasse Le parking privé est très appréciable Voiture conseillée pour se rendre en ville (très proche) Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mr et Mme Desquenne responsables de la location en l’absence du propriétaire, ils ont été charmants, disponibles, discrets et de bons conseils pour la découverte de la région. L’Ile Rousse est très agréable pour se promener dans la journée et le soir. Les plages et les criques sont proches (dont celles de L’Ile Rousse) et magnifiques pour beaucoup. Louis D Isabelle L
