House with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, solarium, pool and terrace with barbecue which has dining table and sofa. 800 meters from Gran Alacant shopping mall, 1500 meters from the beach, 10 min from the airport and 15 min to Alicante city. Wi-fi. The solarium has sun loungers and dining table with sea and mountain views, glazed veranda overlooking mountains and sea. From the kitchen window you can see Alicante city and bay. Close to the bus that goes to Alicante, there is a train hop on hop off which stops outside which takes you to and from the beach for 1 euro. Large park in front of the house without housing. Alarms are available as well as nice garden lighting. A / C in all bedrooms and living room. Kitchen with dishwasher, micro, hot air oven, coffee maker, faucet with filtered drinking water. Dining room with six chairs. Washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Great house and pool. Great location.
The house is very big and homely. The pool was delightful. Hosa met us on time and was very helpful and explained everything. The house has everything you need. There is no tv but for us that was no problem. There is free WiFi so you can use that. Overall it was great and I would use the accommodation again.

Fantastic Villa
Super Villa in great location with easy access to beach shops, bars etc.. Had a great time with my wife and two daughters and their boyfriends for last 4 days. The outdoor space around the villa is also fantastic for during the day but also at night

Une maison pour soit c est super, peu de vis à vis endroit calme et commerces à pied . La clim dans toutes les pièces les ventilateurs le barbec et le soleil ! Le linge de maison suffisant et tout le confort comme à la maison Pas de télé…. C est bien ça ! Mais le wifi oui …. ;) 3 douches 3 toilettes on se marche pas dessus c est bien aussi Et merci à José, super gars .

Bonjour, Tout d’abord nous tenons à remercier José qui a été très ponctuel, disponible et gentil ! Merci à lui pour la gestion de la villa, son aide et ses conseils. Dans l’ensemble nous avons étés satisfaites, la villa est spacieuse, les 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain avec toilettes sont très appréciables : chacun son intimité. Nous avons eu assez de transats pour bronzer, la piscine était bonne. Bravo. Cependant nous avons été un peu déçues quant à la propreté de la villa qui aurait pu être fait plus en profondeur (vaisselle et barbecue), le ligne de maison sentait un peu l’humidité. La qualité de la literie est vraiment médiocre (les matelas sont trop fins et à ressorts) et certains meubles sont abîmés par la rouille. C’est dommage car sinon tout était satisfaisant. Merci à l’hôte pour ce beau séjour ! Nous avons passer une belle semaine entre amies avec bébé, je recommande vivement si les quelques points négatifs sont améliorés par le propriétaire. Belle journée

Spent 10 days here with my husband and 2 children (one who is 3 and one who is just under 3 months) Had a lovely time, excellent Villa especially the Pool and rooftop solarium with incredible views. The area where the villa is, is excellent. 5 minute drive from the beach, beautiful scenery, near all local amenities. Loved it so much I could see us living there. Jose was a brilliant host, very attentive, friendly and anything you needed he would help with very very good. The only thing I would say to the owner to make the Villa perfect and to improve their business, is to add a few finishing touches and things that families would need as this was lacking. For example a bedside crib or somewhere for a baby to sleep, a baby bath, a highchair (these things aren't expensive but would make life so much easier for a family) Also some extras like games for the evening as there is no TV (I know you're on holiday but some nights with young children it's nice to just stay in and have quality time when the babies are in bed) Some pool Floats? The final thing I would say is for the price of the Villa, a few things should be updated such as broken bedside lamps, broken bathroom fixtures and mattresses ( we had to change the bedding a few times during our stay and the mattress was very stained which is a bit off-putting) Also things provided such as enough toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, cleaning spray would be a bonus. If these things were added/ changed/ fixed it would be perfect But anyway we would definitely recommend this Villa and Jose was great 5 stars. Thank you

Mooi groot huis met een leuk eigen zwembad, winkels in de omgeving afstand naar het strand was ver.
Bij deze woning is eigen vervoer ( huur auto) geen overbodige luxe , verder was de lokatie en woning goed. De communicatie met de contact persoon was zeer goed en was ook goed bereikbaar.

Great location, beautiful views of mountains, all facilities as at home, would have given the property five stars but unfortunately the roof top solarium was very dirty and we spent an hour cleaning also the beds in the second and third bedrooms need updating otherwise we highly recommend Jose the host was excellent, very nice and helpful thanks

Chalet estupendo
El alojamiento es perfecto, tiene de todo, muy completo, la piscina perfecta, y la casa con todo bien equipada. Por decir algo negativo, la excesiva decoración, en algunas ventanas tenías que quitar figuras para poder bajar las persianas o demasiados jarrones que entorpecían. Pero en general muy bien.

Estancia estupenda
La casa es espectacular y está muy bien cuidada, tiene piscina propia, zona exterior con sofá y mesa grande para comer, además tiene una terraza enorme en la segunda planta desde la que se ve el atardecer. Tiene tres baños, cuatro habitaciones y la cocina es amplia y totalmente equipada, la casa es mucho mejor de lo que nos esperábamos por las fotos. Jose es encantador y ha estado siempre pendiente de lo que necesitáramos o de si había algún problema, pero dejándonos siempre intimidad. En conclusión, hemos estado muy agusto y nos gustaría mucho repetir!

Buena casa para unas vacaciones familiares
La casa cumplió con las expectativas, a 5 minutos del centro comercial y la autovía y a 15 de la playa. En los alrededores se encuentran varios parajes turísticos y la zona de residencia es agradable y tranquila. La casa es bastante grande y la zona del jardín y piscina son realmente buenas. José (el profesional que recoge las llaves y mantiene la casa, piscina y jardines) es un increíble profesional. Lo recomiendo.

Maison agréable , procedure d'arrivée et ménage a revoir.
Maison agréable avec belle vue dégagée, bon séjour mais quelques difficultés à l arrivee: le gérant ne répond pas aux mails et personne pour nous accueillir juste des indications pour trouver les clés donc aucunes explications sur le fonctionnement de la maison ( électro ménager, alarme..). Proprete très limite à notre arrivée seuls les sanitaires étaient réellement propres le reste de la maison à nécessité un nettoyage de notre part: poils d'animaux partout. Pas assez de linge pour faire tous les lits. Aucun plat ou casserol correspondant à la capacité de la maison, il a fallut faire cuire les aliments en plusieurs fois. Dommage la maison est propice à un parfait sejour mais la gestion laisse clairement a desirer en l'absence du proprietaire qui habite à l'étranger.

Buena casa mal mantenimiento
La casa está bien. Es grande y la zona exterior está muy bien. La limpieza deja mucho que desear, migas en la alfombra, todo el menaje de cocina inutilizable, MUY sucio, tuvimos que limpiarlo todo antes de usarlo. Hicimos fotos para subir de una taza en concreto pero no me deja....las camas estaban sin hacer y tuvimos que rebuscar sábanas en los armarios, no estaban ni preparadas...así que al hacerlas vimos que el estado de los colchones tampoco era el idóneo,además los de una habitación eran muy malos. Las lámparas de las habitaciones no funcionan, de ninguna!!Armarios y nevera llenos de cosas..... En resumen una gran casa pero sin mantenimiento. La falta de limpieza y el tema de las luces eclipsan lo demás.

Doch noch ein schöner Urlaub
Anfangs waren die Küche und der Grill sehr, sehr dreckig. Der Verwalter hat aber am nächsten Tag eine Reinigungsfirma organisiert. Insgesamt aber ein super Haus!

We have rented long and short term in Gran Alacant for years. We We have rented long and short term in Gran Alacant for years. This villa has one of the best locations for views of the mountains and sea, especially from the roof terrace. The furnishings are very modern and comfortable. Unique outdoor lighting of outside areas and swimming pool make this villa outstanding. We have re-booked for a month next year.
