The house extends over 3 floors with 49 m² and offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The entrance area leads through a fantastic terrace with two levels directly into the living room with dining area and open kitchen. Here you will also find a bathroom.
Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms with great views and another bathroom.
A staircase leads to the fabulous roof terrace where you can relax under the Mediterranean sun.
The urbanization has nice common areas with pool, children's playground, ping pong tables and padel tennis court.
The excellent location of the complex on a cliff allows a breathtaking view of the Bahía de Alicante from the viewpoint.
It is recommended to arrive with your own vehicle. Parking is available on the street.
Near the house there is a bus stop, a small shopping area and a sports facility.
Gran Alacant is very well connected to the airport, Santa Pola, Elche and Alicante.
The best beaches of the area, Playa Carabassí and Arenales del Sol with beautiful sand dunes, are nearby.

Great views, well equiped, would recommend
The property was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The complex has some well equipped designated play areas for children and the large pool is very good. The complex is very well maintained and there are clear views of the sea from the property and from various viewing areas around the complex. There is a very good selection of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. There are some great walks along the coast. Parking can be difficult on the complex, and it is mostly very steep. There is almost no mobile signal within the complex, so the internet is essential if you need to contact anybody. Highly recommended.

La casa estaba en condición adecuada aunque el mobiliario era antiguo y el olor que había en la casa no era bueno. Bonitas vistas. La piscina de la urbanización está bien. La bienvenida no fue demasiado cálida, pero también he de decir que respondieron con rapidez cuando tuvimos problemas. En resumen, la condición de la casa es “adecuada”, sin lujos, es verdad que se ve reflejado en el precio, pero nosotros probaremos otro sitio ya que no nos ha gustado.
