"The apartment has no hot water in either thekitchen or the bathroom wash basin. The only hot water is in the shower. The electricity supply is weak. If a heater is on at the same time as the kettle the main switch trips and everything goes off. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no lift-66 steps to climb. Anyone with mobility problems or heavy luggage could find this impossible. Generally the apartment was built in the 1970s and little has changed. It may have been acceptable then...

"Très bon emplacement près de la mer. Appartement spacieux. la climatisation dans les chambres seraient nécessaires. La place de parking est un vrai plus. Proximité des magasins et restaurant. santa pola est une ville très sympa mais bruyante. Lola (gérant immobilier) a été très disponible et à notre écoute. Seul point à revoir : faire payer la consommation électrique en plus du prix de la location nous ne semble pas justifiée. Cette consommation devrait être compris dans le prix de la location"
