"The apartment has no hot water in either thekitchen or the bathroom wash basin. The only hot water is in the shower. The electricity supply is weak. If a heater is on at the same time as the kettle the main switch trips and everything goes off. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no lift-66 steps to climb.
