"The only thing that I was disappointed with was getting locked out of our room. Somehow the door latch became stuck which caused the key card to no longer work. It took about 20 minutes for the Staff to unlock our door. Meaning they were physically trying to unlock the door for 20 minutes."

"The hotel is in the middle of converting to a Spark Hilton property and are upgrading everything. The bed and pillows are the most comfortable I've slept on in ages! The breakfast is nice and FINALLY, when completed, they will have coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. If you ever stay there, check out Taste of India across the freeway that has some of the best Indian food!"

"I had a very comfortable stay. The woman in the office was very accommodating, VERY SWEET and a pleasure to speak to… she genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable and had a smile on her face even though I arrived and checked in at a very late hour. She alone is the reason why I will definitely be back.. And unfortunately I forgot to get her name.. but I believe she is the owner or manager, because she cares about that establishment as if it were her own, so I would assume she is the owner. "
