Exclusive brand new apartment with ocean view on the 14th floor and direct access to private beach in the area of Playa Salguero, Santa Marta. Five minutes by car from the center of Rodadero, 20 minutes by car from the center of Santa Marta and 15 minutes by taxi, from Santa Marta International Airport. The Reserva del Mar complex consists of three apartment buildings and one more under construction.

The apartment is located in front of the Caribbean Sea, with a magnificent ocean view. Modern and new apartment complex. Common areas include: jacuzzi, two rooftop pools (18th floor) and a private beach area. The apartment is perfect for couples, family with children, seniors and those traveling for business. There are three bedrooms: main with its own bathroom and two additional bedrooms with shared bathroom, kitchen, main balcony in the living room and an ocean view where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunsets of Santa Marta. Everything was clean. Both the unit and the facilities are in great shape
Well maintained. Security was an important and legit point during the visit. Room was clean and pictures are legit. The beach near by is not good but Rodadero is just 5min away
