Living room and kitchen occupy 20 square meters and the tasteful furnishings with refined materials are flanked by the most modern comforts: dishwasher and oven - both electric and microwave -, coffee pod machine, kettle and toaster.
The retro-style room is large and well-lit. A functional bathroom with shower completes the depandance

A private porch allows you to enjoy lunches or dinners with friends in all serenity.

In the structure available to guests in addition to the large swimming pool with solarium equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, a football field and a large patio with wood oven and barbecue for nice dinners in the open air enjoying the garden and the view.

ITALIAN LAW has imposed precise rules regarding the use of air conditioning and heating systems.
Rules from which, unfortunately, we cannot exempt ourselves.
- SUMMER lighting from June 30th to August 30th, max 25 ° allowed
- WINTER power on from November 8th to April 7th, max allowed 19 ° (for 12 HOURS DAILY)
In the event of irregularities, the state provides for the payment of fines with an amount of 3,000 euros.
The temperatures will be controlled by a technician, on site or directly remotely.

WIFI
Villa Vernaschi has a latest generation wifi system but being located in the open countryside, connectivity may not be 100% functional (until now it has rarely happened and only in case of bad weather). The lack of functionality of the connection does not depend on us but directly on the service provider and the state.

The delivery of the identity documents of all guests present is mandatory, for reporting guests to the local police headquarters.

order requested:
- dishes washed and stored in the spaces,
- dirty linen (sheets and towels) placed on the ground floor
- empty fridge and freezer
- the house must be free of garbage, which must be carried in the appropriate external containers
If, at check out, the final order requested is not respected, there will be an additional fee to be paid in cash of € 50.

It is not possible to move beds from one room to another, this can damage doors and walls, the arrangement of the beds in the rooms is the original one that you find in the description
