The house has plenty of space to relax poolside yet is a quick walk to the main area of Santa Cruz which is the heart of the Huatulco area. There you have plenty of beach side restaurants and shops to enjoy. The house is located in sector F, approximately 100 meters from the hotel Binniguenda.
The main floor has the living room that overlooks the backyard & swimming pool, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom and laundry area..
Upstairs, there are 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with AC & ceiling fans. 3 of the bedrooms have views of the park across the street & 1 room has windows on both the park and pool side of the house. Three of the rooms have queen sized beds. the 4th room has 3 single beds. In total it’s approximately 2100 sq ft in size
Centrally located yet only a couple blocks from the national park, its a 5 to 10 minute walk to the Santa Cruz park, home of the Saturday Organic market & Cafe Huatulco. The park is surrounded by restaurants, shops and is beside the marina. Less then a 10 min taxi ride away is the small town of Crucecita, which has many more shops, parks & restaurants as well as a large grocery store. Everything is within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. All taxi fares in the area are very affordable.
Santa Cruz beach is in a sheltered bay and is one of the best swimming beaches in the area. You have the choice of ocean beach or your own private pool, the best of both worlds!
Huatulco is in the border of Sierra Madre mountains and has 9 bays with 32 pristine beaches to explore. It is a relaxed destination, that has an authentic Mexican feel compared to other resort destinations in the country. There is a a focus on sustainability and environmentally friendly practices throughout the region.
In 2005, Huatulco was the first community in the Americas to be awarded the Green Globe International Certification as a sustainable tourist area.

From within Mexico
It's a 1 hour flight from Mexico City, options include: Vivaaerobus, Volaris, Magnicharters and Aeromexico.
Monterrey and Tijuana also offer direct flight options.
From the US
There are direct flights from Dallas on American Airlines as well Chicago on Volaris Airlines.
From the airport to the house it is a 20 min taxi ride.
