Chose because of 1 1/2 bathroom
We selected this property mainly because it had 1 and a half bathrooms which is needed when traveling with children. Kitchen had plates, bowls, mugs, a few cups and silverware. Not many pans to cook with. Keypad entry is nice. Internet was good. Had a portable a/c unit which was nice since it warmed up several days. When we arrived, there weren't enough towels for us and no sheets for the sofa sleeper. Contacted the local contact person who indicated that the housekeeper probably didn't look at the reservation details. They did bring the towels and sheets. The main negative is the fact that this property is managed by EVOLVE which is a large company. They don't respond to questions when contacting them. They automatically charge your second payment on due date and they want you to set up another account with them for your reservation. I choose to use VRBO because it's suppose to be vacation rentals by owner and shouldn't be made to set up another account to manage my reservations.

Spacious apartment
A spacious apartment for two people, It is the front unit beside a reasonably major road so can be a fraction noisy during the day. The kitchen is large, however a bit more equipment would be nice. overall it was fine.
