"Upon arrival at this property, we thought.. ‘wow, we struck gold with this place.’ The views were nothing short but amazing. The house was clean and updated. They had everything we needed. The coolest part is that you’re able to walk down to the beach, and across to the famous Cala Deia restaurant. Too bad it was closed while we were there though, but nonetheless, it was a treat. "Biniaraix was the perfect location for our week’s walking in the Serra de Tramuntana. We could walk straight onto the GR221 from the village and it was also an easy walk into Soller. Ca’n Ferru is a lovely old house with the most stunning terrace giving breathtaking views. It was well equipped with comfortable beds. "Le lieu de la maison est paisible, calme. La piscine est adaptée pour des adultes mais non pour des enfants qui ne savent pas nager. La douche extérieur est bien. La maison est sale, toile d’araignée, les ustensiles de cuisine sales et gras, il n’y a pas de four. Les lits sont supportables. La douche, le pommeau est cassé, obligé de tenir le pommeau. En ce qui concerne la baignoire en haut dans la chambre, on ne peux pas utiliser le spa, car il ne fonctionne pas, ni de bain car l’évacuation...

"We enjoyed our stay in this villa - it is great if you want the authentic Majorca. The villa was a good size and exceptionally clean and we enjoyed the pool which was large. It was lovely to wake to the sound of the chickens and sheep (and yes even the cockerel!). It was a little way to the more touristy areas but we liked that and the town of Campanet nearby was great for a drink in the evening or a meal if you wished. "We were a large group of 16 comprising four families with young kids (18 months to 9 yes). As mentioned in previous reviews Isabel the host is helpful and quick with her response to pre arrival queries. The check in/out process was also made straight forward by Isabel. On arrival at the villa our expectations were more than met. The elevated location provides beautiful views, the villa itself has lots of lovely spaces for eating and relaxing and is superbly equipped. Cooking for our large group...

"Had a fantastic week. The location is peaceful as suggested in the title. The pool is fantastic. Horses chilling in the adjacent field. Just lovely. Decor is charming and authentic rather than modern. It has a homely feel. We slept well!!! Close to town for shopping. 10 minutes from the beach. Andres is a charming host. "We had a wonderful stay high up in the mountains . The place is very spacious and looks even better that in the photos. It is a 30 min ride on a very narrow, curvy, steep road with the occasional vehicle coming from the other direction, not for the faint of heart. We did not leave the mountain only every other day, not only because of the drive but also because it is so peaceful and relaxing to just stay there, certainly compared to the rest of the island.
