"The property when you first arrive is absolutely stunning, the landscape everything spoke of high end resort. The room was huge and initiall was stunning. Then you see water spots from like a broken water pipe around the baseboards. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the shower drained very slow. "The hotel is comfortable, quiet, and very clean. It is a 10 minute walk to the old town and a 5 minute walk to the train station. The neighborhood has cafes and stores, including a supermarket a few paces from the front door. Clean towels every three days, no coffee/kettle in the room, but otherwise perfectly acceptable."

"Lovely welcoming people. You have to understand that anyone walks can walk through the door and I believe they try very hard to make them feel welcome. Wi-Fi good , there is staff member that speaks English however you should download a translation app as mostly speaking Spanish. One thing I disliked is bathroom outside of bedroom. Otherwise perfecto :)"

"Wonderful property that's close to old town site seeing but not loud that can happen if you're in the middle of everything. Being on top of the hill has the advantage of best place to see the city below and sunset from the beautiful roof top terrace over the mountains on the other side of the city. "The room and all spaces I passed by were very clean. I liked the idea of not wasting water and not changing towels so often. The spa was amazing. It was a very relaxing stay. The hotel has a luxurious feel, like more than 3 stars. I definitely recommend people to go above all for the spa. It is totally worth it. And have breakfast at the hotel. So many tasty choices. "

"This hotel was really lovely and comfortable. The parking situation was a bit tricky. We ended up parking in the wrong garage and paid $51 for one day. So be careful, and do not park in the Biblioteca (library) parking lot. There are several restaurants and bars close to the hotel. The rooms were big and comfortable, but the AC was not working, so we had to open the windows. "The staff don't speak or understand Catalan, the main language in the area. They charge extra 25€ fee to clean the room when you come with a pet (little or middle size. Big size dogs are not allowed), but the room, initially, was extremely dirty. The floor was full of dust and hair from other guests (nobody cleaned that room the past two months. "Nos alojamos con 7 amigos durante un fin de semana largo y disfrutamos mucho de la casa. la propiedad es hermosa y perfecta para un grupo. ¡Nuestro favorito era la gran piscina fresca de manantial de montaña! La anfitriona fue muy amable e incluso nos trajo tomates y pepinos frescos de su jardín. Antes de irnos, recorrió el resto de la enorme casa que también se puede alquilar.
