***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home. ***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control.***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival.*** Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly.**

Great Stay!
Loved Buckaroo Flat. Check in and check out was easy. Communication with the host was fast. They answered my questions timely. We were originally concerned about the train tracks. They turned out to be a non-issue. There were just a couple of trains that went by and they were not at all a neusance. We look forward to staying again.

Perfect for family in town for wedding
We were in the area for a big family wedding and this was the perfect spot. Great location near all the fun activities. Wine country, and the beach within 20 minutes. Couldn’t ask for more. And very clean! Family with Littles thoroughly enjoyed!
