Finca in Santa Margalida with Panoramic Views

The finca, which is lovingly run by the landlords, is quiet and very beautiful on a hill. 5 homes and a residential building with studios and apartments are harmoniously in the lush vegetation of the vast garden / inner area. Enjoy privacy on your own terrace for your home with a good glass of wine produced by the landlords, or relax in one of the two shared outdoor swimming pools. In the south you have a beautiful panoramic view of Santa Margalida and the surrounding area. The beautiful landscape of the municipality of Muro extends in the north. Let your gaze stray to the sea. There are numerous excursions in the area. For example, Alcúdia can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. The old town with its pedestrian area is ideal for a relaxing walk. Laundry service available upon request, charges may apply. Please consult conditions. Notes: -The service charges (costs for heating/air conditioning) of 8€/night are to be paid on site - Not suitable for people with reduced mobility - Pets up to 7 kg are allowed. Daily rate 12 euros. More than 7 kg must be agreed with the finca. The price may vary. - From November to March, bed linen and towels are only changed once a week for stays of more than 7 nights.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The photos show examples of houses and apartments. Only dogs up to 5 kg allowed. Dinner: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday possible. Access is via an unpaved road. (Youth) groups only on request.
