Beautiful house located in a quiet area in Can Picafort just 5 minutes walk from the beach of Son Bauló. The house is spacious, comfortable, bright and the garden area in addition to the furniture and barbecue stands out for the jacuzzi in which to enjoy its relaxing bubbles contemplating a wonderful sunset, and a newly installed pool (January 2020) of 4 x 2 meters .
DISTRIBUTION:
The House has 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 2 with single beds, 3 bathrooms. A beautiful and bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room you can access, through the windows to the outside area, where the barbecue, outdoor table and chairs are located to enjoy an outdoor meal. There is also a sofa, hammocks and the jacuzzi, an ideal area where you can spend warm summer days in the shade enjoying the cool sea breeze. Highly recommended for a pleasant holiday near the sea.

Great for a family
The house has four comfortable rooms. The external area is great. The swimming pool is perfect when you have very young kids. All kitchen appliances have room for improvement and should be replaced, but the most important one is the dishwasher.

We have been in this house for 7 days. It has been very nice experience! The house has everything that you feel as in your own home. Jacuzzi, beautiful outside area, bbq area, very nice. We have spent almost all the time outside of the house. Absolutly recommend it.

Nice, spacious and well kept house
A perfect and very quiet place to spend a few days on that wonderful island. The friendliness and availability of Joan is immediate, the reception is super friendly and everything is taken care of in the house. No noise is heard at night, ideal for resting. Place was very spacious, had all essentials, close to the local amenities and sea side. The jacuzzi onthe garden is perfect. Thank you very much for your kindness and also for your flexibility with our delay on the first day! We had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended. Best regards. Eleonor

Lovely villa
We were dubious over the pool size. However, our 4 children, aged 4-12, loved playing together in it and the adults could relax on the sun loungers. Lovely touches with welcome pack, soap etc in rooms. Thanks for the communication via Wats app. Very helpful!

Perfect Villa
Really nice property just a short walk from a beautiful beach. Although close to the Can Picafort busy strip the villa is situated in a quiet, homely area which is perfect for families and people seeking a relaxing holiday! Would definitely recommend!

Jolie villa, spacieuse, bien équipée, jacuzzi au top. Petite précision sur la piscinette, 4x2 mètre mais 50cm de profondeur. Très bon accueil par Joan. Il nous a donné de bonnes adresses et quelques aides précieuses pour notre séjour. Ponctuel et à l’écoute par message (WhatsApp). Je recommande ce lieu.

Excellent friends holiday
We spent a week on March on Villa Calma. We are a group of 5 friends.The house was perfectly clean and equipment was really complete. We enjoyed a lot the jacuzzi. Beds were super comfy. Joan welcomed us very nicely (late and with some food waiting for us :)) and was really fast in communication. He has been flexible for the departure time which was really appreciated. The house is located few minutes driving distance from a supermarket open in winter time (a lot of supermarkets were closed). It is also close by a beach (5min walk). If you want cycling, the island is perfect and there are so many places to discover on the North and Can Picafort is a good location for different cycling routes. Also, keep in mind that in winter time, a lot of restaurants and activities are closed. So this house is perfect, in winter time, to enjoy a relax week at home including few tourist activities (walk in natural parks, wandering in villages and cycling) rather than a busy week visiting the complete island. Thank you so much for a fantastic holiday, we look forward to staying in your beautiful home again!

Super Urlaub!
Wir waren vor einiger Zeit in der Villa Calma und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Eine Villa mit allem, was Sie brauchen, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Wir haben das Auto gemietet, aber Sie können perfekt ohne Auto sein. Wir fanden das Äußere des Hauses, das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war großartig. Zögern Sie nicht, erneut über Mallorca Holiday Properties zu mieten. Es war eine angenehme Erfahrung.
