"Overall the villa was beautiful and a perfect, stunning setting. The issue is with the added extras - bed linen, towels, pool towels, high chairs,tourist tax, electric. I've never had these extras when renting before. I didn't feel comfortable paying for the rental fees and then these extras direct to the management company. I would have preferred to have all payments go through VRBO. This is a high end villa but was let down with minimal kitchen cloths, toilet paper, dish washer tablets etc....

"We loved our stay in Santa Lucia, the apartment is in a perfect location, just a 5 minute walk from the fantastic La Caletta beach. There are a number of cafes and restaurants nearby serving great food. The apartment is spacious and clean with a lovely balcony, the neighbours were really welcoming and friendly too. We stayed in August so some aircon would have been welcome at night but we survived with a room fan, maybe next time we will stay in a slightly cooler month. Grazie Maurizio!"
