"We arrived, and the hotel was locked up... We had to contact the owner and wait for them to come. We were then placed in the sister hotel not the hotel we had booked. We werent given the wifi code even though it stated free wifi!"

"Hotel was beautiful. Parking was very near and hotel staff was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and more than we could eat. Hotel was centrally located in the town with numerous shops and restaurants nearby. Room was large enough and bathroom was also ample size. Room was clean and overall condition was well maintained. "This is a b&b type property rather than a hotel, which I didn't expect. It was quite difficult to check in as no one answered the bell and the door was locked. The room itself was fine and quiet. There is parking but down the road and round the corner from the hotel which is itself in a small village with very narrow streets. There were no food facilities in the village at all that evening so we had a 10-15km drive to a local town to find some. Be prepared that everyone eats around 2100 in...
