The residence comes with mini-split AC for individual room control. Great exterior patio with gas grill. Off street parking. King bed in master with queen in guest bedroom. We loved our stay here. Everything we needed was provided and we really appreciated the off street parking. Daughter and son in law stayed in town and could easily walk to us. Thank you for a great stay. We will be back for sure.

Loved this property and location! Most comfortable/clean accommodations, lovingly decorated and beautifully furnished. Best part, however, was the location. Very short walk to the heart of downtown Plaza and Railyard district. Owner and property manager very responsive and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again when in Sante Fe.

We had a great visit to Santa Fe and the rental was lovely! We were close to the plaza! It was quiet at night, parking was convenient and the unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed! Owner was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

Our family loved the Bungalow! It is authentic southwest from construction to decor, perfectly clean, nice cool AC, and a 12-14 minute walk to the Plaza. It was perfect for my wife and I and 19yo daughter. If we stay in Santa Fe again, we'll definitely be back - thank you!

The place was perfect for us. They had a little Christmas tree with lights and a few other decorations. That was a nice touch! Both rooms were very comfortable and maintained the southwest decor throughout! Would definitely recommend!

Nice Bungalow near everything
The bungalow was everything that was described in the write up. The location is near Whole Foods for groceries and several excellent restaurants. The driving out of town and uptown is very convenient. The walk to the Plaza is very easy. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were nice, the parking was good and the house was very comfortable.

When we arrived, the power was off due to a storm. Communication from the on site manager was lacking. Once the power returned, we enjoyed the property. Property is located where one could walk to the square. Property includes authentic adobe architecture which we really enjoy. My only negative comment was that the cleaning fee was excessive compared to other VRBO properties.

A perfect spot in Santa Fe
A wonderful home and PERFECT Santa Fe location. The neighborhood was total “SANTA FE” with house after house feeling original adobe. Easy, easy walk to the heart of the town….the plaza, the churches, the “fancy” hotel lounges and even Canyon Road. We will always stay in this house and will highly recommend it to friends.

A very quaint, cozy place close to the plaza. Overall everything was nice, but it could use some basic repairs, some updates and a coat of paint.
