Unique Santa Fe Industrial Space with hints of traditional tribal themes and rich, warm, and inviting colors. 5 mins to The Railyard and Farmers Market, 7 minutes to The Santa Fe Plaza, 20 Mins to Rancho Encantado, and 36 minutes to the Santa Fe ski resort; it's about an hour and a half, according to G-map. GUESTS, PLEASE READ: MY HOME IS NOT AT THE RAILYARD. A dramatic space unusual to the traditional Santa Fe Style. With three different levels, the main floor has a small office/ landing, a sitting area with a luxe fold-out double bed, and a separate storage area with a closet and a Full small bath, Designer black-white Tribal style shower, and Kohler fixtures with Access to the courtyard. The stylish second floor has luxurious sitting spaces and Henredon down-filled furniture. The courtyard view has enormous picture windows and a small balcony to the courtyard. There is an open kitchen with new Samsung appliances, a Samsung gas range, and a small dinette. Complete with spices, a Keurig and Cuisinart Coffee, and Le Chantal pots and pans. The third level is the primary bedroom, which has two full-sized pillow top beds and linens, a remodeled full bathroom shower/soaker tub, a closet, and a stackable new Samsung washer and dryer. 45" Smart TV, colossal picture window sliding glass door with balcony view to train and mountain. Blackout Drapes have been added (there is a small privacy window with no window coverings)

Very Nice Place
This was a very nice 3-level townhouse! It's eclectically furnished and has everything you could possibly need. It's located in a quiet area and, while near the commuter train, it's pretty quiet. It's conveniently located near everything. The host was very quick to respond and very nice to work with.
