1 BDR, 1 BA LUXURIOUS CONDO. Sleeps max 4. EXCELLENT VALUE IN SOUTH CAPITOL AREA!
The casita, just off Don Diego Ave, is 1/2 mile to the Railyard District, 3/4 mile to the world famous downtown Santa Fe Plaza where shopping, dining, and gallery browsing awaits. Also walk to Trader Joe’s and other stores at the Coronado Center, Clafoutis French Cafe, Maria’s Mexican Kitchen, Santa Fe Antiques and Flea Market, and Salvador Perez Park (“the train park” - vintage Santa Fe RR locomotive on site, playground, sand volleyball, multi-purpose fields, and picnic tables).
The casita features traditional Santa Fe ceiling beams, and was completely renovated in 2018, including hardwood bamboo floors; bathroom cabinetry,; new kitchen appliances, tile counter tops, sink and subway tile backsplash. New to this condo are a Bosch dishwasher and Kenmore washer and dryer. A new walk in shower was added in 2022. All the modern conveniences are here in this home away from home. The bedroom has a comfy Tempurpedic queen bed, a tall chest of drawers for storing your things, and a vanity for makeup prep. In the living room, amenities include a queen-sized, memory-foam sleeper sofa, a desk for computer work, and a kitchen table. In the summer, the condo is cooled by an evaporative cooling system (A/C is rare in Santa Fe homes), in the winter, gas heating keeps the condo toasty warm. Relax outside on your own private patio, grill up some dinner, or create a romantic ambience by activating the casita’s light dimmer switches. Kitchen includes coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, margarita-making essentials, dishes, pots and pans and more. Enjoy your living room AND BEDROOM flat screen TV, with free programming and WiFi/ internet.

We had an excellent stay here. The property is well appointed, cozy and comfortable. Beautifully decorated! The small complex it's in is peaceful and quiet and within walking distance to everything for us. Deanne was gracious to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a perfect stay!

This was in the perfect location for our needs. Walking distance to several grocery stores and downtown and off any main roads that made the stay here quiet and peaceful. The apartment was super easy to access, ample street parking, and the apartment itself was incredibly well stocked - including homemade salsa and chips?! Overall a very comfy place to stay for a short trip with my mom and I.

This place had everything needed with little notes left everywhere so that there was no guessing where stuff was or how to use the swamp cooler. They really thought of everything! I loved that it was so close to everything and yet very quiet. My family and I would stay here again.

My girlfriend and I needed a place to stay for a visit to Santa Fe that was affordable, comfortable, and was close to downtown and were so happy that this meet all of our needs. This was the first time I have ever booked a stay online and the owners were very responsive and helpful and answering my questions and making sure we had what we needed. I highly recommend it!

Lovely condo
Deanne and Terry have put a lot of effort into decorating and designing this space efficiently and with a very Santa Fe style. I slept on the the pull out bed in the living room and it was the most comfortable pull out I've ever slept on.T here was trouble with the internet when we arrived, and I texted them on the Sunday night before Christmas. They got back in touch within minutes. Terry then spent a half hour on a call with the internet provider and me to get this fixed and it was fine after that. They clearly care about this place and want people to enjoy it. I thoroughly recommend it.

Fabulous getaway in Santa Fe
My spouse and I stayed for 3 nights and this castia was perfect. Many southwestern details that added a sweet charm and plenty of amenities for anything we may have forgotten. Short drive to historical sites, food, and shopping. Also nearby National Parks and hiking. We loved it here and highly recommend.

Everything you need is here and so cute!
The condo was cozy, well decorated, well stocked, (especially the kitchen.) We made meals and walked to restaurants and stores! Did our laundry,too. The owner left framed notes wherever needed to explain and assist renters. It was lovely, conviently located, clean, so comfortable!

Great little Casita!
My husband and I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the Casita (fully stocked kitchen, laundry closet, bathroom supplies, and linens). This location is perfect for exploring Santa Fe and the surrounding mountains. Be prepared to be OK with and looking forward to getting back to the Casita after a day of exploring because it's so cozy. Much better than any hotel experience. We will be back to enjoy the space again.

We (2 people) stayed here for a week in June. Nice place. Quiet. As advertised. Evaporative cooler keeps it cool on hot days. Hosts were great. Location is a very short bike ride to rail yard. Would recommend.

Charming and Cozy Getaway in Santa, Fe NM.
Lovely accommodations; clean, attractive, comfortable with wonderful attention to detail and available amenities.
