Located on Palace Avenue on the Historic East Side of Santa Fe, this home has an amazing location between Canyon Road and the Santa Fe Plaza. Designed by award winning architect, Trey Jordan in 2004, this unit boasts many wonderful features such as high ceilings, oversized windows and a calming sense of place.

Enter the private walled-in entry courtyard with modern dining setting, gas BBQ grill and stone fountain. This two bedroom, two bathroom home offers all the comforts of home, within walking distance of Santa Fe’s main attractions.

The home is 3 blocks to the head of Canyon Road and within walking distance to numerous restaurants and galleries as well as a 10-minute walk to the downtown Plaza. This special retreat is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

PARKING:

Please note that due to the short-term rental ordinance in Santa Fe, guests must use designated off-street parking spaces whenever possible. Please only use the 2 driveway spaces in front of the unit marked “B”. Parking is NOT available in the lot with units A, C, & D. Our driveway accommodates two standard vehicles, if you have a third vehicle or larger cars that do not fit in the designated spaces, there is street parking available on El Alamo St about ½ block away. There is NO street parking allowed on the 800 block of E Palace Ave. Please help us maintain the quality short-term rental market in Santa Fe and be courteous to our neighbors by parking in the driveway at all times.

Guests must use designated off street parking spaces - which will fit 2 small/ medium vehicles. Please contact us if you will have needs for more parking.

Guests must adhere to city noise ordinance and obey quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily.
Up to 2 dogs allowed with a combined maximum weight of 50lbs and a $250 non-refundable pet fee - no exceptions.

Kindly note that barking and/or ill-behaved/aggressive dogs are not permitted on the premises. We value the peace of our community and our guests' experience. To enhance your stay, we'll provide a list of favorite dog walking spots, accessible through a QR code. We also have recommendations for dog sitters/walkers should you need any assistance.

Beautiful Home
Kelly and her team maintain a lovely house. She is extremely responsive and attentive to her guests. The house is close to downtown Santa Fe but probably a little far to walk if you're not used to walking. The kitchen is very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay. Overall a nice property.

We enjoyed staying here. It was clean, well appointed, and only a mile walk to the plaza and less to Canyon road. It was too cool to hangout on the front patio but we did it once. The water feature is nice. The photos show a table but there is a coffee table instead. We called about getting a new bath mat and one arrived a couple hours later--great service! One night I did hear loud noises from the wood and timber ceiling. I'm not sure if it's temperature related but it was a bit annoying. Luckily it only happened one night. The "patio" off the second bedroom is not really usable as it's way too narrow. The front patio is great!

Me, my wife, 16 year old daughter and small dog stayed for 7 nights. Comfortable, well equipped house. Easily walkable to Canyon Rd. A little longer, but also quite walkable to the Plaza. Very quiet area. Definitely recommend.

This home was in a great location to the Canyon Road park. It was fully stocked with cooking supplies, which was greatly appreciated! The courtyard was perfect for our dog. We all felt at home and safe in the neighborhood.

Great Santa Fe rental home
This property was perfect for our summer getaway. It is ideally situated in the historic district making it easy to tour the galleries on Canyon Road, access to great restaurants and walking distance to the plaza. My husband and I loved the layout of the house as well as all the amenities. Plenty of everything we needed. As we were escaping from the heat of Austin, we totally loved sitting on the soft furniture under the covered patio to relax and enjoy the perfect weather.

Convenient location but very small.
Good management as a couple of plumbing issues were immediately resolved. Distance to the top of Canyon Road is easily walkable. The exterior patio is very tight and right off Palace so street noise was an issue. Interior is very quiet.

We loved our stay here! Close to the Santa Fe river that runs through town and a short walk to Canyon road. Convenient to the plaza with a longer walk, but completely doable. All the amenities were covered and great communication from the property manager. Decorated in a more modern Santa Fe style, which was a welcome and refreshing change to the more traditional Santa Fe decor. We’ll be back and we will definitely stay here!

This property was all I expected. Checkin/Checkout process easy and streamline. The ability to Instacart groceries day of arrival and have them unloaded and put away prior to departure was key after a long drive. They provided many additional services IE massage therapist that came to property (She was AMAZING!), discounts on ski rental and passes, as well as chef for parties, if needed. The location was superb for walking my dog by the river as well as a stroll into the plaza. It was clean, easy and would definitely consider renting this again even over staying at local hotel. Don’t miss this one.

I chose this property because of its proximity to Canyon road and a park on East Alameda. The location is great! Also, it has a nice, private outside space and a big window in the living room. Cozy, clean, and well-equipped. The floors were radiant heat which is apprecisated when it is cold outside. I would return.

Great choice
This property was just what we wanted and needed for our visit to Santa Fe. The house was extremely clean and well supplied upon our arrival and the property manager was wonderful to work with, even following up after check in to make sure everything was good. This property location was excellent with short walk to the Plaza and Canyon Rd. It was a great choice and will choose it again when we come back to Santa Fe.

Good location and well appointed, but our 4 week stay exposed some shortcomings. The outdoor courtyard / patio areas were very underwhelming. Additionally, some persistent electrical issues were annoying.

The property was in good condition and located in a nice neighborhood. It is beginning to show signs of age and could use some updating. The juniper trees in the front of the house cast quite a bit of shadow and make the patio and interior somber. Parking is extremely challenging for two cars
