There was no remote in my room. Drug addicts were right outside my window with needles. However, hotel staff did ask them to leave soon after they were made aware. The beds were ok. I work nights so only used my room during the day. Would not have felt comfortable leaving my car unattended at night.

I called three weeks before my reservation to cancel and was told there was no reservation under my name. Whether it was Expedia or Motel 6 who did not register me I don't know. I only know that I am fortunate I had to cancel, rather than showing up for the busiest weekend of the year in Santa Fe only to be turned away! It is impossible to report this to Expedia. Double and Triple check your reservations in person with the hotel! Do not trust Expedia.

Place is very rundown. The whole inside smells musty/smokey. Condition of the rooms is horrible. The bedspread and curtains look like they're from the 70s, both paper thin, holes in all of them. There's not a piece of furniture in the whole room, just a mini fridge sitting in the middle of the room with a microwave sitting on top. No coffee maker. I don't expect much from a Motel 6, but this place is bad.

I was very impressed with the location - near downtown, yet very good rate. Quick and courteous staff. Also - really enjoyed the hot tub and pool - also for low rate. Room clean and quiet. Very happy with our stay!

There were no toiletries in the room and qas told they didnt have any qhen we asked the front desk. One of the beds didnt have a blanket. I was supposed to get 2 queen size beds and was given full size beds. No coffee in the morning.

My room, as well as the main entrance part of motel, seemed cleaner this time. I had a handicap room that was especially nice. Even had a microwave. No young ladies working behind the counter so no would be boyfriends hanging around the counter. Very distracting when coming to check in. Good coffee.

This was JUNKIES Central, not Motel 6 Santa Fe - Central! For all 4 nights I stayed, there were loud noises in the hallway. At first I thought it was just inconsiderate guests of the hotel. It turned out that homeless junkies were sleeping there. Front desk wouldn't answer the phone in the middle of the night, although they said there's someone at the desk 24/7. Once I went in person to the desk in the middle of the night so they can call the police. The only time front desk answered the phone was probably because I called earlier - a little after 10pm. I asked the lady to do something about the noise in the hallway, she just hung up and ignored my complaint. The next morning when I had to check out I tried to get out of the building with my luggage, but every single hallway was packed with people who were either passed out on the floor, or still awake under influence, with their pants around their ankles... It was a very disturbing sight! When I went to leave my keys at the desk, the manager was there, so I complained again that at 7am the building is full of junkies, he pretended that he didn't know - it was appalling , especially hearing from one of the girls who work there that the call the police regularly for this issue. So I am guessing either the surveillance cameras aren't working, or he doesn't bother to check them at all. This is not a safe place to stay! Please do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else!

First I would like to start with the price I paid according to city and other motel in the area. The price was about two thirds the price of other places. You get what you pay for. The Motel is ok if you consider what you paid. With a little maintenance it can be a good place. The sleeping area looked clean, beds were comfortable and clean, the bathroom not so much. Behind the bathroom door someone splashed lotion or makeup and it didn't get cleaned up. Under the sink it needed to be moped and the floor had broken tiles. Another thing that bother me and was also a concern for someone else was that I requested a non-smoking room and the bed covers had cigarette burns. I believe those cover are ok in a smoking room but not in a non-smoking one. Towels has holes and stained but seemed to be clean. Before I rented I read a few of the recent reviews and most of it still applies to today 2/26/22. I wouldn't mind staying again if I am on a budget or last resort. I would not recommend it if you have little children.

This hotel is not like it used to be a few years ago. Dirty, beds were old and uncomfortable, one of the bed covers was burned with cigarette, no shampoo, towels were old and with stains, tv screen you couldn’t watch full screen, etc etc. It felt like staying in an old abandoned town…

While the check in girl was nice, the hotel presented as nasty dirty feeling. I had to listen to someone playing loud music most of the night. There was someone who was walking the hallway singing along with a radio? phone? I took my dog for a walk in the later evening, 10ish and bumped into a homeless man who had simply walked in the front door and would not leave me and my dog alone. I had to threaten him for him to move aside. There was no one on the desk at this time period. During the course of the night, it seemed like a non stop party was going on in the downstairs rooms and I woke up to a man who had locked his wife out of their room and she was screaming at him through the door. At no time did I hear Hotel management interfere or even call the police and it appears that a family was living in one or several of the rooms. This is a NEVER EVER go back kind of place and one I am going to Yelp review

The lighting was about like a hospital room. There were burn marks on the bed sheets which were paper thin. But overall I didn't have to pay that much for the room, so it was okay. I got what I paid for.

I'm sorry to report that this Motel 6 does not measure up. The bathroom sink blocked when we arrived. Staff unable to un-stop it. Homeless man sleeping in the passageway. I had to cancel my reservation. I could smell strong cigarette smell once enter the building. When going up to my room, I saw 2 drug addicts passed out in the hallway. Shocked! The front desk didn’t nothing. I’m not sure how that hotel is still running! I love Motel 6, but this hotel, so low!
