Overall, a decent stay - large greenery wrap around the properly dulling noises and making space more intimate. Staff was welcoming and very hardworking. Obvious decor improvements being undergone as of Spring ‘25. Room was clean, nice TV and furnishings. Breakfast was a fine set up and staff there was particularly friendly. Only real frustration was the pool area. The pool was clean and very nice, the hot tub had ugly water and smelled a little rank.

Mostly ups, a few minor downs
Lots of great things to say, and a few minor disappointments. Breakfasts were great, including rellenos, burritos, and tamales. Housekeeping was wonderful, the rooms very comfortable and clean. The downside was the pool was on the cool side, the hot tub jets weren't working, the ice machine on our floor was broken, and the cable tv was not working the last day. Overall it was a good stay.

When we checked in, it was raining very hard and only 2 access doors were working. we got soaked getting to our room. Also your website said you were pet friendly, but I found nothing to indicate cost. We were very surprised to find it would cost another $70. I doubt we will be staying there on our return trip.
