Casita
Area was nice and casita was decent. There was lot of spiders in and outside of casita. I had to clean bunch of cobwebs around entry door. Killed some spiders inside and there was roaches inside as well. Did not have a tv even if it was a lil tv would have been nice. But it was ok thankfully I’m not afraid of spiders. As long as home owner can take care of the spiders and roaches inside this place will be great.

My sister an I used Mi Casita as our homebase for exploring NE NM. We also walked to the 100th Zozobra fiesta from the studio apartment, which was an awesome way to avoid the crush of traffic after the event. Super clean and tidy with some breathing room to see flickers and other birds in the yard

First of all, there was a contractor doing some work and all his material was in the patio. His truck was blocking the only parking. There was no air conditioner, only a fan, and we had a tough night. There's no TV, the room is so small. The listing pictures of the front do not reflect how it looks like today.

Perfectly delightful
I love the location of this casita - close enough to take a beautiful 20 minute walk to the plaza, and far enough from the busy-ness that it was lovely and quiet. Annette was so responsive when I had a bit of trouble accessing the keys when I arrived - probably my fault. But help arrived and all was fine. I would definitely return.

Cute casita in excellent location
Had a couple of technical issues (lockbox and ceiling fan) but property manager was right on it. This was a really sweet funky/historic casita in a wonderful walkable tree-lined neighborhood a block away from Canyon Road galleries and restaurants. Excellent location. Perfect for one person. Patio table for dining was nice. Complimentary coffee would have been nice. There was a coffee maker but I didn’t want to go out and buy a pound of coffee for just a few days.

The property is lovely & the location is amazing! Our only issue was the bed which is a full rather than a queen. Otherwise we were very satisfied.

Quiet convenience off of Canyon Road
Quiet, peaceful stay in a historic Casita just off of Canyon Road. Be prepared for narrow streets and a few steps up into the Casita. Surprisingly quiet neighborhood. Not far from trail sytem further up Canyon Road.
