SUMMARY
Casa Contenta is a charming traditional Santa Fe home that has been exquisitely decorated with high-end contemporary furnishings. The two aesthetic styles combine effectively to create a striking and unique space that feels both up-to-date and historic. In addition, the beautiful outdoor spaces, hot tub, and premium East side location, this home will ensure that you experience the best that Santa Fe has to offer.

LIVING AND DINING
The flexible living space offers plenty of seating around the fireplace, but can also be converted to a formal dining space for up to six guests using the fold-out table.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for a home chef. The breakfast nook features built-in bench seating for two and two chairs for more casual meals.

BED AND BATH
The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedrooms feature king and queen beds respectively and share a bathroom in the hallway.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Two gorgeous patio spaces with outdoor dining for six, and plenty of furniture for relaxing and soaking in New Mexico’s famous sunshine. An outdoor grill is provided for cooking outdoors. The hot tub sits in between the patios and is a welcome feature after a long day of exploring our beautiful city.

- The outside of this home is monitored by security cameras.

Perfect Stay Near the Square
We had an absolutely perfect stay! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the square, which made exploring the area so convenient. The place itself was spotless and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. From the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable living spaces, it truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!

Downtown house
House was very clean, kitchen was well supplied with every cooking item you would need. Walking distance to plaza and Canyon Road. Just make sure you back into carport to make it easier to get out onto Palace Ave. Will definitely stay here again when in town visiting family.

Perfect Getaway
This house is beautifully laid out and decorated. Lots of little things that make a vacation stay more enjoyable. And it is 2 minutes from Canyon Road restaurants and art galleries and especially close to The Teahouse.

Sweet little Santa Fe house
This house is perfect! We have three kids and stayed here and loved it. The hot tub is perfect after a long day of hiking and it is an easy 15 minute walk to the square. We would totally stay here again.

This is a wonderful property!
Very conveniently located to Canyon Road and most of the sights and restaurants. The house was comfortable (both inside and out), beautifully decorated with spacious rooms, well appointed bathrooms with lots of amenities. We had a marvelous time and enjoyed the house, the town and our visit very much. I would definitely go back and stay here again!

Ideal Location
The location of the house was great for art gallery browsing and restaurants. The house was well stocked with bedding and kitchen items. As it was cold and snowy while we were in Santa Fe, the hot tub was a very nice addition. When we return to Santa Fe, we will definitely consider staying there again.

This home was perfect for our family with two teenagers! The iconic adobe design was just what we wanted to experience the Southwest. Great location, nicely stocked kitchen, very clean and well maintained. The outdoor area is small but very private and plenty of seating to enjoy the cooler evenings.

Mother daughter trip
We came to Santa Fe for mother daughter trip of 3 moms and 3 teen daughter. The location was great and was great jumping base for everything we wanted to do. House had everything we needed. With 3 teens WiFi was important and we had great download speeds and no slow down. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Great customer service by Two Casitas.

Great week in Santa Fe
Property was perfect for our sisters’ week. Great location for walking. Close to town. Loved the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked. Just a couple of things to note - we had ants in the bathrooms and one of the bedrooms. And the property is located on a busy main road on a curve which made it difficult to back out of driveway. But, overall, really enjoyed our stay.

Contentment at Casa Contenta
The house was lovely and clean, just as advertised. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. 5 minute walk to Canyon Road. There was a minor problem with one of the toilets when we checked in, but the property manager promptly sent a plumber. The rest of our stay was pleasant and peaceful.

Perfect!
We enjoyed our stay Casa Contenta ! Everything was perfect. When we arrived everything was ready to go go for us on our family getaway , they even had the hot tub heated and ready!!
