Complete with a kiva fireplace, vigas, authentic adobe construction, and a gorgeous brick floor, Buena Suerte is bursting with Southwestern charm. This is the perfect home to explore everything that Santa Fe has to offer.

LIVING AREA AND DINING
The open living and dining area is perfect for small gatherings. The dining area is just behind the living space and can seat up to six in chairs or on the padded bench. The space is centered around the authentic kiva fireplace and the TV, which can add ample ambiance for any occasion.

A queen sleeper sofa is available for your use.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The fully-functional kitchen features gorgeous custom tiling, a farmhouse sink, and high-end stainless steel appliances.

BED AND BATH
The bedroom sports a king bed and a large armoire for storage. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. The adjacent bathroom features a large shower-tub combo with a glass enclosure.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Buena Suerte sports two beautiful flagstone-adorned patios for outdoor dining, morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply enjoying Santa Fe’s natural beauty. An abundance of foliage makes the home feel private and secluded despite the incredible location.

PLEASE NOTE
- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th
- This home is NOT pet-friendly. Our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each check out. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.
- The walls in the bedroom do not go all the way to the ceiling, so the bedroom is not 100% private from the living room
- All-wheel or four-wheel drive is recommended when renting this home in the winter months.

Buena Suerte
This was our first visit to Santa Fe and we couldn’t have stayed at a better location. Buena Suerte is located in a quiet residential area that is close to everything. The house was very comfortable; plenty of places to read and our favorite morning spot was sitting on the walled porch watching the hummingbirds. Would definitely stay there again!

It is a very nice property/ welcoming and inviting. As a person with knee issues found it a bit difficult to navigate. It was very difficult for Ubers to find. Thank you.

Space was utilized very well and kitchen was well equipped. Very clean and as described in the VRBO site. Parking space was very tight for our vehicle (LX570 Lexus). Walking distance to Canyon Road galleries. Overall nice location just hard to find even with directions due to layout of the compound.

Beautiful property. We loved our 1 bedroom with multiple outdoor spaces. Very comfortable and peaceful. Lovely decor and walkable to the tea house on Canyon Rd. We will definitely stay there again. The place far exceeded expectations.
The place far exceeded expectations. Absolutely everything we needed was there for us, and it was bigger than we expected. The trails around were great for dog walks, and the city was within walking distance. Totally wonderful, cozy little place. FYI: We cross shopped this place with the Rosewood suites, and feel like we definitely made the right choice, both in terms of price and outdoor space, as well as being tucked away from the tourist traps of the square.
