The staff was courteous and very professional. I was always greeted with a smile. All the staff members I interacted with always went above and beyond to assist me. I was amazed by the quality of the service. My room was clean, beds were comfortable. The reataurant on site was good. I honestly have no complaints, all my needs were met and considering the rating I was pleasantly surprised. The site and the room were as pictured. I highly recommend this place. "

However, we encountered some challenges with early check-in. Since we traveled for a medical procedure, having early access to the room for the patient to rest would have been ideal. While we understand policies can vary, greater flexibility in this area would significantly enhance the experience for guests in similar circumstances.
