"Our room was quiet, clean and had a view of the garden area, a small balcony was included. The staff were the best part of our stay they were always smiling and happy to help from Anna at the front desk to our favourite cleaners, shuttle drivers, servers as well as the concierge. All of our inquiries were answered and any issues were immediately taken care of. The food was okay, we did not go hungry. The beach club was a nice bonus however, located on a beautiful beach swimming in the ocean...

"It was a short stay but we were happy how clean this place was. We loved the infinity pool from where we saw whales in the distance. Hotel was clean and comfortable. I wish the rooms had small fridges and safe but for the short stay we managed without it "

"This is an absolutely lovely property with the sweetest staff. Everyone is incredible welcoming and kind. Both beaches are stunning and very quiet, awesome for looking at seashells and body surfing. We had an amazing time and felt extremely safe, but I truly cannot stress enough that it is the staff who make this resort truly remarkable. As well as the beautiful nature and delicious food!! "We loved how pretty the pool areas were, the breakfast had slight differences every day and the two pools were comfortable temperatures and well maintained. Breakfast and the large pool were across the street from the main hotel building, which was a little confusing as we don't speak Spanish and most of the staff only spoke bits of English. Overall it was a wonderful stay, and I would happily return. It was a bit strange to see ants inside the rooms, but you quickly realize it's just Mexico,...
