"There was a mixup with hotel.com. We had organised and paid for a Superior room and was given a Standard room. We were unable to rectify the issue. Other than that the hotel was efficient and helpful and a reasonable place to stay."

"Don’t choose standard rooms - they are awful. Above the main reception and so noisy. We were upgraded and the rooms are much better with a balcony. However there is poor soundproofing and they are very noisy. Breakfast was very average and not worth the price paid. However what sets this hotel apart is the staff - they are fantastic - really helpful and friendly "
