COZY BEACH HOUSE near YACHT HARBOR

COUNTY PERMIT NUMBER 201381. The Beach House has a 1 bedroom/bath with queen size bed The main house is fully furnished with a new remodeled kitchen and bath with a soaker tub and separate shower area, there is a outdoor deck with BBQ, flat screen TV, and queen size bed with luxurious linens. Occupancy is two. 1 Small PET IS CONSIDERED WITH MANAGEMENT APPROVAL... PLEASE ASK PRIOR TO BOOKING. Pet Fee of $25.00/day . Animals are not to be left alone on the property inside or out if you are not there...they must be supervised. Also prefer you walk the dog to pee/poop as the lawn gets burned from the urine. PLEASE NO SMOKERS!
We love and take great care of the property and expect the same from you.
This area offers many exciting dining options and activities within walking distance. The Crows Nest Restaurant has excellent cuisine, ocean views, nightly entertainment and summer beach parties with outdoor music. Johnny Harborside Restaurant offers great seafood with harbor views. Cafe"El Polomar has a mexican cuisine and is a great place to watch sport volleyball. The Kind Grind is a coffee shop with pastries, smoothies and a deli. Aldo Restaurant is on the dock and serves breakfast outdoors.

Activities on the Harbor are abundant. Rent SUP Boards and stand up paddle through the harbor and bay with friends,Kayak,or plan a cruise on the Chardonney II charter which also offers dining options while sailing on the beautiful Monterey Bay, or just take a stroll and catch a glimpse of the seals and sea otters that love to play in the bay.

Santa Cruz has 29 miles of beaches to explore, famous surfing spots from Steamers Lane to Pleasure Point, Capitola to Seascape and Sunset Beaches

Lovely Beach Cabin

We had a great time at Lana’s beach house. It was clean and had everything we needed to feel almost at home. We also encountered some friendly neighbors.We’ll definitely like to stay again next time we are in Santa Cruz.

Relaxing vacation

This apartment is really clean and beautifully remodeled. It is one of my favorite places to stay in Santa Cruz, walking distance from Twin Lakes Beach and the Yacht Harbor! Nice yard and hangout spot in the back! Quiet, safe neighborhood.

Cozy Beach house- Awesome Location

Property was spotless. Owner was quick to respond to any concerns. Loved the location with a quick walk to the beach. House had everything we needed. Nice Quiet street close to everything in Santa Cruz!! Definitely looking forward to returning soon !!!

Cozy Cottage

This cottage is very clean and cozy. Everything was very comfortable. Just right for a quick two day get away. We walked to the harbor to watch the sunset and to get coffee in the morning. The covered deck and small back yard were so nice to sit in - even in the rain. We certainly hope to be able to stay here again.

This was a great place for 2 couples to stay...separate sleeping places and a beautiful garden backyard to relax after a long day of California dreaming! Walkable to the beach, the marina and restaurants.

Quiet Santa Cruz home base

This is a great spot to explore & enjoy the Santa Cruz area from. It's a clean, simple, comfortable home with an attractive front and nice little garden porch out back. The kitchen is well equipped and was not lacking in anything notable.

Memorial Day Santa Cruz visit

We enjoyed our stay at this house just a couple of blocks away from the beach, Crow's Nest and the Santa Cruz harbor. The house had everything needed for an enjoyable visit to the Santa Cruz area.

Lovely home in a great location

This was a lovely well kept home...perfect for my husband and I. We didn't get to enjoy it as much as we hoped because of the rain, but it is definitely a go back to place.

Slice of Heaven

Perfection! Literally. Lana was the most gracious and available host, the place is beeeeeaauuuutifil - squeaky clean, quiet, peaceful, bright and sunny, bed was next-level comfortable. The neighborhood was amazing, and I had everything I could possibly need. I don't want to stay anywhere else when I come to Santa Cruz! It was so hard to leave.

Beach Life

Lana’s place is amazing. It’s a great location to relax, walk to the beach with your coffee and then open both doors and enjoy the sun talking to neighbors. I would buy that place.
