The open concept dining and living area are bright and airy, with easy access to the modern kitchen. Great for mealtimes or wine time. The living room picture window has partial ocean views, where beautiful sunsets may be seen. There is a washer and dryer in the home, a large flat screen tv, and dedicated high-speed internet. There is one master bedroom with an attached bath and a second bedroom with partial ocean views.
There is a small private deck off the back, and a lovely porch that has an ocean view in the front, for enjoying morning coffee, or sunset viewing at the end of the day. Please note there is a home in the rear of the property, with a driveway. This is a completely separate single-family home, there is NO shared space. There is open street parking in front of the property.
This home has many lovely furnishings, including a glass coffee table, and an all-glass dining table, and therefore may not be suitable for small children. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property.
Located in the historic Seabright Beach neighborhood, you are a 10-minute walk to the Boardwalk and a 5-minute walk to numerous restaurants and cafés. You are a few houses away from the Santa Cruz Natural History Museum with the beloved whale statue out front.
