Here at Bosques 22, our aim is to give you a luxurious hotel feel in a private home setting. We can provide housekeeping services Monday through Saturday for an additional $25 daily (9am - 12pm). You can also include breakfast preparation for a total of $50 daily (7am - 12pm). (no groceries included)

At Bosques de Pinilla, you’ll find the perfect amenities for you and the family in the impeccably manicured common area. The centerpiece, 70-ft lap pool and shallow beach area for kids is wrapped by a hardwood sundeck for pool-side lounging. The open-air BBQ and seating area overlooks the pool and features hi+speed internet with comfortable tables and chairs. Owners also have direct access to a fully equipped fitness and yoga room exclusive to the residential.

With three-miles of coastline, Hacienda Pinilla’s 4,500 acres offer an incredible experience to explore and enjoy the natural beauty of this ranch property, with pristine beaches, and untouched natural landscapes, combined with surf for intermediate to advanced and word class amenities such as , 20 miles of MTB trails, horse stables, 18 hole golf course, tennis and racquetball courts and the renown Hacienda Pinilla beach-club on the white sands of Playa Avellanas, Hacienda Pinilla finds the balance in nature, luxury, adventure and Pura Vida!

Two-level villa with an open social area indoor / outdoor living with large glass sliding doors that connect the living room, kitchen, dining room and terrace. Model B has a sizable bedroom on the first level with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The first level also includes a guest bathroom, laundry room, and oversized storage cellar. The second floor features an additional TV room which connects the remaining three bedrooms. All bedrooms feature outdoor balconies with the street facing bedroom enjoying the largest covered balcony and planter boxes for rich vegetation. All four bedrooms enjoy en-suite bathrooms and built-in, or walk-in closets.

*** Please note that we want all of our guests to enjoy their stay at Bosques 22. This home is located in a private, gated community with mainly full-time residents and families. There is a VERY STRICT no-noise policy outside between 10pm-6am. This is not the house to host a party or event. This home is great for groups of adults and families who respect the neighbors and rules of the community. If you plan to bring a big group to have a party, or large event, or make excessive noise, please reserve another property as the noise will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave without a refund.***
