If Location is what you desire on your Beach Vacation, please look no further! If you are looking for a prime location in Santa Cruz, within walking distance to some of the best the area has to offer: Twin Lakes beach (at the end of the street), Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor: (just over a block to our right), Crows Nest for ocean front romantic dining, cocktails & entertainment, Johnnys for fresh seafood and a great harbor view, Aldos, El Palomar, The Kind Grind, etc., look no further! This is an entertainers paradise, newly remodeled with all of the high tech details you desire--two flat screens, a multi location stereo system, Free WiFI so that you can stay connected if desired, brand new stainless gas grill for your BBQ on the sunny front deck while listening to your favorite music on the outdoor speakers, and much more. Serene and tranquil fenced back yard with gorgeous succulent and hydrangea garden. Three spacious bedrooms, including a private Master suite with private entrance to the back yard/garden, an over-sized bathtub for relaxing bubble baths after a long day at the beach, all complete with brand new linens & towels of course! Hot Tub and Fire Pit in the Back. Also included for your use are two cruiser bikes to explore the quiet beach-side neighborhood, 2 boogie boards & 2 skim boards! With three bedrooms, we sleep eight in beds comfortably.

Wonderful Home
We really loved our stay here, and wish we could have stayed longer! Super easy walk to the beach, Crow's Nest, and cafes. Really cozy, clean, airy home + super easy communication with the owner. Especially loved watching the sunset in the gorgeous back yard.

The home was perfect base for our weekend of visiting family and enjoying the ocean. We enjoyed daily walks to the harbor and ocean. The front and back decks were perfect for relaxing. The house was perfect...comfy beds and everything we needed:)

Cozy beach house great location right near the harbor, walking distance to the beach and The Crows Nest. Very easy check in/out. Great communication with owner. Decorated with beach theme and colors had all the stuff needed for a perfect getaway.

We had such a great time at this gem! It fit our two families well (including 4 pre-teen and teen girls). Close proximity to the beach and not far from downtown or any needed grocery stores. We would definitely recommend it!

Charming, quiet beach home in an excellent location.
This beautiful home is better than described. The location is amazing! 1 1/2 blocks to the harbor, and 3 blocks to Twin Lakes beach. It's a quiet neighborhood. The home is spacious, with a lovely fenced-in yard. Everything is clean and updated. Mary is wonderful to work with, checkin and out was simple, and we just enjoyed our retreat. Thank you!

My sister and brother-in-law have a place four blocks away. They have a toddler, and a six month old. I'm middled aged and I brought my senior parents to stay in this rental with me. Being able to walk such a short distance back and forth between houses was invaluable. My sister brought the kids over every morning to watch Bluey and play in the hot tub. The three month old said he wanted to live there. We made use of the bunkbeds and had a slumber party one night. My mother is very ill and both my parents really needed this trip and I believe it was truly healing. Everyone is super happy. Plenty of parking; very little traffic by the house. Very close to the beach, and the garage came equipped with umbrellas, chairs, and lots of toys. My family will be staying at this house again and we're already discussing when that will be. Great house, great host, great neighborhood to leave your car and walk places. This vrbo was cheaper than renting a room for my parents and myself at the Sea and Sand Inn, and I much prefer where we stayed. I will recommend renting this house to my friends and family.

This was such a homey home. So welcoming, so beautiful and such a wonderful stay. The gated front yard and back was perfect for a 2 yr old granddaughter, everything was perfect in the home, Excellent communication with the host. Highly recommended!

Great spot for a family vacation
We had an amazing time. Place was well furnished and stocked with everything our family needed to head to the beach and cook a few meals in house. Close to everything- walkable to one beach and a few food places, but a car opens up a lot more of surrounding beaches and towns. Highly recommend!
