"Don’t consume anything in the fridge or use what is provided for you in the room. They will charge you in dollars at an inflated price. Also check the math. They mark up everything. "

"The breakfast was great and the small gym with treadmill, weights, and other equipment was a really nice treat. We had a change of plans and needed our room for one less day than we thought and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. Staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. They also let us store our bags for almost 24 hours. The only negative was that the room we booked was not ready so they downgraded us to a different one, it was still fine but not what we had been promised on...

"Excellent hotel. Disappointed that there was no notice that the pool was being fixed. They offered free entry to a water park instead but we didn’t have time to use it. Just really wanted the pool. But otherwise faultless. Amazing breakfast included. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful gardens to enjoy. Great location."

"We stopped over in santa cruz for one night only. The room was quite small and there were no plugs to charge our devices. Had to unolug the lamp. Not ideal for travellers who need to charge up."
