Charming & Private Santa Cruz Cottage 3 Blocks from the Beach

Charming 2 bedroom 2 bath beach cottage only 3 blocks from Twin Lakes State Beach. The recently updated kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. The living room has a gas fireplace and a smart TV. The queen master bedroom has a smart TV and bathroom with tub, shower and laundry area. 2nd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. The 2nd bathroom has a shower. Linens, towels and wi-fi are provided.

Neatly landscaped and fully enclosed front yard with lounge seating on the deck, gas BBQ, hammock in the garden, outdoor fireplace, and large teak dining table on the patio. Tropical outdoor shower with warm water. Beach chairs, coolers and beach umbrellas are provided, all you need to bring is your bathing suit.

The cottage is close to the Yacht Harbor and Crow's Nest restaurant. It's located at the end of the street with plenty of parking and privacy. The yard is fully enclosed so pets are safe. We are happily pet friendly.

Fantastic cottage!
Great location near the harbor and twin lakes. Very clean and appointed beautifully throughout. Love the outdoor area with plentiful seating and room for the doggos to explore. Highly recommend Kim and Pam's place!

My toddler, dog and I met my mom and two aunts in Santa Cruz for a long weekend and this place was perfect! Had everything for a comfortable stay! Loved the style and the layout, the yard is perfect, even with some rainy weather! Great location! Highly recommend!!

This cute beach cottage was just perfect for our family of four! Perfect location and so comfortable, with absolutely everything we could have possibly needed! We loved that we were able to bring our pup with us on this trip. The yard was so nice and we were thrilled with the wood burning fireplace outside - what a fun addition! Thank you for everything!

Amazing house on a quiet street
We stayed in this nice house with 4 adults and it was perfect! The outdoor area was great to hang out in, and had a little fireplace to keep warm. The location was close to the beach and just a 5 minute bike ride from the boardwalk. I will hopefully be staying here again if I ever make it back to Santa Cruz.

Perfect beach bungalow
This pet friendly place is perfect for family and close to everything in Santa Cruz. The house is fully stocked in addition to great communication with the owners. The outdoors contained chairs, a wonderful hammock and a dining table for enjoying the Santa Cruz sun. Would definitely stay here again!

This cozy little bungalow was perfect for us and our dogs. The yard is perfectly groomed, and there’s outdoor seating. The best part is, it’s at the end of a dead end, and it’s walking distance to the beach. We are hoping to come back next year.

This house is absolutely adorable and in such a great location. The bed is comfy with nice, soft sheets, the bathrooms and kitchen are fantastic…you’d be a fool not to stay here. The pictures don’t do it justice. Can’t wait to stay again.

The cottage did not disappoint in any way. It was cozy, comfortable, well stocked and perfectly located. We came with our dog and there were treats for her and wine for us! The yard was perfect for her to stretch her legs. I highly recommend this place for couples or families. It’s a wonderful place to stay in Santa Cruz. We can’t wait to come back!

It was perfect
The cutest little house with a beautiful front yard; the kids spent hours on the hammock. Twin lakes beach is stunning, an easy walk and perfect for the littles. Lots of easily walkable restaurants. We loved harbor cafe and the crow’s nest bar and grill. Overall a great spot from which to enjoy the area.

Better than a hotel!
This place was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids (4 & 6 yo). Everything was in working order and very cozy. Beds were comfortable, having 2 full baths was helpful. The place had everything we could need. The yard was just enough space for the kids to play in during our visit. The location was great for getting to food, the boardwalk and a variety of beaches. Kim & Pam were fantastic to work with.

Relaxing adventure with the dog
Everything on the property was great and in perfect working condition. The property was dog friendly, so we brought Aurora with us. She loved the treats that were waiting for her as well as the closed in yard. The house was close to the beach and we walked the dog down there a few times. Thank you for a wonderful adventure!
