This wonderful villa is surrounded by a lush garden full of life, and is the ideal home for those looking for a relaxing place and only a few steps from the sandy beaches and close to the village centre.
The wonderful sandy beach and the village centre are in fact only 350 metres from the villa!
The villa is on two floors. The ground floor has 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms; a living area with kitchen leading to a beautiful terrace and garden. There is also a beautiful outdoor kitchen with a wonderful and huge enamelled stone table under a beautiful porch and plenty of space and areas to eat all together.
The upper level can only be reached by an external staircase and leads directly to another large terrace. On this floor there are 2 more double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a Jacuzzi. There is also a small living room with a sofa bed available for two extra guests.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is a central air conditioner on each floor of the house.
