The house is cozy and equipped with every comfort, from air conditioning to the two large verandas, ideal for relaxing. It is located about 600 meters from the sea, near the coast of Inspector "Montalbano", the tourist port of Marina di Ragusa and the sailing club of Caucana.

It is composed of: living room with kitchenette , bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds , bathroom , front porch with wooden shed and back porch with laundry room and two bathrooms . There are two bathrooms , one inside and one outside, both with shower . And ' this air conditioner , refrigerator , oven , washing machine, garden furniture.

You will find some bikes to get around freedom ( 5 minutes from the center of Marina di Ragusa and the house of Montalbano ) , crockery , linen and a welcome basket with oil, water , pasta, sugar and salt.

Suitable for families, within walking distance of about 400 meters . from the house ( especially in summer ) , you will find everything you need: pharmacy, grocery store fruits and vegetables , Bakery, Bar , Restaurants / Pizza / Caterers , Butchers , Fish , Tobacco , Newsstand , Movie in the summer, to the Church ' open (only weekends and holidays in the summer) .. Etcc bus stop to all destinations nearby ( Ibla , Modica , Scicli, Comiso ( airport 20 km. ) and Marina di Ragusa) . Every Wednesday morning , a large weekly market ( period end of June / mid September).

Una bellissima settimana nella Sicilia del Barocco!
Casa molto accogliente e comoda. Dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Giorgio e Stefania sono stati davvero disponibili e molto cordiali. Sempre pronti a dare suggerimenti sui posti da vedere, sui percorsi e pronti a risolvere eventuali problemi che per fortuna nel nostro caso non abbiamo avuto. I paesi della zona sono molto belli (Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Noto, Marina di Ragusa) e le spiagge (punta Secca, punta Braccetto, donna Lucata, San Lorenzo) sono favolose con acqua limpida. Molto bella da visitare anche Siracusa e Ortigia con le sue stradine.... Da visitare il castello di Donnafugata per fare un tuffo nel passato!

Un piacevole angolo di tranquillità nella terra di Montalbano
Siamo stati a Casuzze presso questa villetta la seconda settimana di giugno. L'alloggio è dotato di qualsiasi comfort e molto curato. Quello che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata la cortesia e disponibilità del proprietario, la cucina finemente accessoriata, e la piacevolezza del pergolato davanti all'ingresso che ci ha permesso di godere dell'aria aperta anche nei momenti trascorsi a casa. Il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare anche molte informazioni sui dintorni e ci ha consigliato su cosa visitare nei pochi giorni a nostra disposizione. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio!

Villetta e ospiti deliziosi! Consigliatissima!
Ho soggiornato con amici per alcuni giorni all'inizio di agosto. L'ubicazione della villetta la rende il soggiorno ideale per raggiungere comodamente in macchina sia le località marittime che le più importanti attrazioni barocche del ragusano. A rendere bella la casa contribuiscono l'ingresso contornato da aiole fiorite e la retrostante veranda, comodissima per lavarsi e stendere i panni bagnati. Abbiamo trovato le camere pulite e corredate di tutto punto. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è stata l'affabilità degli ospiti, sempre cortesi, premurosi e disponibili a dare informazioni e consigli, che ci ha fatto sentire come in famiglia. Unico piccolissimo neo è la presenza, comune in molte villette come questa, di alcune formichine, che appaiono appena in cucina cade qualche briciola, ma basta tenere pulito per non risolvere quello che mi sembra un problema assolutamente risibile. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo mi è sembrato più che onesto. L'esperienza è stata molto bella, e la consiglierei a tutti.

Nuova, con tutte le comodità della propria casa
Abbiamo trascorso 13 giorni fantastici nella bella Sicilia Ragusana che non conoscevamo. L'appartamento è confortevole , nuovo ,dotato di tutte le comodità, come se ve le foste portate da casa ,dai Climatizzatori alle suppellettili per cucinare non mancava alcunché. La cortesia e la disponibilità dei gestori è stata eccellente. Posizione ottimale per visitare sia le spiagge più rinomate che quella a poche centinaia di metri dall'appartamento. Per chi è appassionato della finction del Commissario Montalbano si è a due passi dalla casa e delle altre location cinematografiche. Per chi invece guarda alle bellezze paesaggistiche storiche e culturali siamo nel Barocco puro e non solo. Ragusa e Ragusa ibla, Scicli, Modica, Ispica, Noto, Caltagirone e non ultima Marina di Ragusa sono un patrimonio non solo Unesco ma patrimonio italiano da visitare assolutamente. Per finire, ma no è certo una novità per chi conosce la Sicilia ed anche per chi non l'ha mai visitata, si mangia benissimo dallo street Food alla ristorazione tradizionale. Per finire la location scelta da noi della villetta tra mare sole e barocco, è stata ottimale per poter godere di tutto ciò che ho raccontato. Consiglio a tutti l'appartamento e la zona del Ragusano da visitare '

Ottimo Soggiorno
Abbiamo passato un soggiorno a dir poco incantevole. La villetta è provvista di tutto il necessario (aria condizionata, cucina super attrezzata, tv, bicicletta etc etc...non manca NULLA) ed ha anche un ampio spazio all'aperto dove poter fare colazione e/o cenare in completo relax. Il Sig. Giorgio (che saluto caramente) è stato veramente gentile e disponibile.

sembrava di essere a casa
VACANZE ECELLENTI! la signora Stefania ci ha fatto trovare la casa pulitissima e ben accessoriata di ogni confort. il signor Giorgio ci ha ricevuti con il massimo dell'accoglienza e disponibilità , mostrandoci tutte le bellezze del territorio, che non sono poche. la casa è fresca ed accogliente , in un punto strategico, poiché ha vicino un mare stupendo e nelle vicinanze dei posti ricchi di storia. sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Eine erholsame Auszeit im Nirgendwo
Wir waren Anfang Juni 2017 zwölf Tage in Giorgios Ferienhaus in Casuzze. Vermieter: Giorgio ist ein super Vermieter! Er spricht vor allem Italienisch, gibt sich aber viel Mühe, schriftliche und mündliche Anfragen auf Englisch zu beantworten. Vor und während dem Aufenthalt hat er auf alle Nachrichten sehr schnell und hilfreich geantwortet. Bei der Ankunft und per Whatsapp gibt Giorgio eine Vielzahl von Ausflugs-Tipps. Ansonsten verhält er sich diskret und man sieht ihn eigentlich nur bei Ankunft und Abreise. Ausstattung: Das Haus hat einen Gasherd, Elektrobackofen, Töpfe, Pfannen, Tupperboxen und was man sonst so zum Kochen und Essen braucht. Ein schnelles W-LAN ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Haus ist schön mit vielen Blumen (die von den Mietern jeden zweiten Tag gegossen werden sollten), gepflegt und sauber und sollte von den Gästen auch so behandelt werden - außenrum liegen nämlich viele Ameisen "auf der Lauer" und schnell hat man eine Ameisenstraße quer durch die Wohnung, weil ein kleiner Krümel irgendwo liegengeblieben ist. Fenster ohne Fliegengitter nicht lange offen lassen, Müllsäcke auf einen Stuhl stellen und täglich in einer der Tonnen am Straßenrand entsorgen, Essen aller Art am besten in Tupperboxen im Kühlschrank verstauen. Weiterhin gibt es vorne und hinten jeweils eine Terrasse, eine Klimaanlage für Küche und Schlafzimmer, einen Warmwasser-Boiler zum Duschen sowie ein Kinderzimmer mit Hochbett für 2 Kinder. Sogar ein Fahrrad und ein sehr guter Strandschirm werden von Giorgio zur Verfügung gestellt. Unser einziger Kritikpunkt am Haus war die Matratze, diese ist recht hart und man spürt viele Federn. Lage: Das Haus liegt am nördlichen Rand von Casuzze. In der dörflichen Umgebung gibt es nicht viel, man braucht zu Fuß ca. 10min zum Strand sowie zum nächsten kleinen Supermarkt. Im Juni standen die meisten Häuser im Ort leer - fanden wir gut. Aber man sollte sich für den Aufenthalt einen Mietwagen zulegen, damit kommt man in das weitaus schönere Marina di Ragusa mit noch tolleren Stränden und großen Supermärkten. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel haben wir nicht benutzt. Mit dem Mietwagen kann man auch die richtig tollen Ortschaften im Landesinneren wie Ragusa Ibla, Modica und Syrakus erkunden. Empfehlungen: Für Eis - Caffè Delle Rose, für Essen - Ristorante-Pizzeria Imperial, zum Einkaufen - großer Eurospar, alles in Marina di Ragusa. Klima: Das Meerwasser ist Anfang Juni etwas kühl, dafür ist fast nix los am Strand.

Qualità e accoglienza eccellenti
Abbiamo passato due ottime settimane estive nella villetta dei proprietari Giorgio e Stefania; zona tranquilla a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia e vicina alle località del Commissario Montalbano. La villetta è tenuta in modo eccellente e soprattutto pulita, dotata di tutti i confort, rispecchia appieno le caratteristiche riportate; da sottolineare la verandina anteriore luminosa e dolcemente ventilata eccezionale per una tipica colazione. Il posto auto si trova facilmente all'esterno. Il sig. Giorgio, premuroso e sempre disponibile, ci ha dato in dotazione una raccolta con i principali luoghi d'interesse, risultata utile per i nostri spostamenti. CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE il soggiorno in questa struttura

Tutto praticamente perfetto
Accoglienza, cortesia, gentilezza e disponibilità il biglietto da visita...casa nuovissima, curata nei particolari ed attrezzata di tutto completa il quadro di una casa vacanza consigliabilissima a famiglie e gruppi di amici (max 4 persone). L'uso delle bici (disponibili) consente di raggiungere agevolmente il mare ed il frequentatissimo centro di Marina di Ragusa. Insomma tutto praticamente perfetto...anche il prezzo. Rocco e Simona

Toller Unterkunft
Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem hübschen Unterkunft verbracht, es war einfach toll! Giorgio ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Er hat uns zahlreiche Info über die möglichen zahlreichen Ausflüge gegeben. Das Haus ist einfach hübsch: top ausgestattet, in einer ruhigen Lage und extrem sauber. Sicherlich zu empfehlen.

bellissima!
Siamo stati a Marina di Ragusa una settimana. La casa molto confortevole, non manca davvero nulla e soprattutto pulitissima. I proprietari persone davvero stupende e molto disponibili.La zona è comoda per visitare Modica, Ragusa (stupenda Ragusa Ibla soprattutto la sera) Scicli etc.. La spiaggi di Marina di Ragusa molto bella, peccato che l'acqua non fosse particolarmente calda. E' stata una bellissima settimana, la consiglio a tutti!

Mare......sole e tanto altro!!!!!
Deliziosa e funzionale villetta,vicino a Marina di Ragusa, che rispecchia a pieno le caratteristiche dei suoi proprietari! Location tranquilla ed ottima posizione dalla quale sono facilmente raggiungibili "gioielli" come Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ibla, DonnaFugata, Marzamemi con i loro superbi edifici barocchi e la loro eccellente cucina e cordialità! La villetta si trova vicinissima al mare ed a Punta Secca, dove c'è la famosa casa del "Commissario Moltalbano"! Sehr schönes Ferienhäuschen!!!
Wir haben im Oktober 2015 zwei wunderschöne Wochen im Ferienhaus von Giorgio verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ein schönes modernes Schlafzimmer mit einem guten Bett und Matratze. In der modernen Einbauküche findet man alles was das Herz begehrt. Auch das Bad ist modern und zweckmäßig. ein kleiner Innenhof mit einer zusätzlichen Dusche und Toilette ist auch vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist schön angelegt und lädt zum Dösen, Lesen, Sonnen und Träumen ein. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder Urlaub bei Giorgio machen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und für Ausflüge geeignet, dafür liegt ein dicker Ordner mit sämtlichen Informationen im Haus. Giorgio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich um seine Gäste kümmert.

Sehr schönes Häuschen in einer Feriensiedlung am
Das Häuschen ist schön eingerichtet, das Bad ist modern gefliest. Alles ist gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet jeden Komfort. Von Wasserkocher über Toaster bis hin zum Pürierstab ist alles da. Alle Geräte, Töpfe, usw. sind von guter Qualität. Die Terasse ist mit vielen Pflanzen, Kerzen und weiterer Dekoration sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Für die herrlichen warmen Sommerabende steht eine gemütliche Hollywoodschaukel zur Verfügung. Für den Strand sind zwei kleine Stühle und ein Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Giorgio ist ein sehr guter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Er hat eine Mappe mit Informationen zu Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung zusammengestellt. Enthalten sind z. B. auch Kopien von Stadtplänen mit markierten Parkmöglichkeiten. Außerdem ist Giorgio immer zu erreichen und beantwortet alle Fragen sofort. Wir haben uns in dem Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Un'ottimo mix di mare, tranquillità e cultura
Siamo stati a Marina di Ragusa nella villetta del Sig. Giorgio dal 18 al 28 agosto 2015 e ci siamo trovati splendidamente. La villetta è ubicata in una zona tranquilla, le 2 camere separate consentono di avere i giusti spazi a disposizione, il soggiorno è ampio e confortevole, il terrazzino posteriore è dotato di lavatrice, fili per stendere e di un ulteriore bagno molto comodo. La verandina anteriore è favolosa per farci colazione la mattina: sorseggiare il caffè al fresco facendo quattro chiacchiere non ha prezzo. Il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare la casa perfettamente pulita, si è reso disponibile per ogni nostra eventuale necessità e ci ha lasciato in dotazione un book con i principali luoghi di interesse del ragusano. Se ci aggiungiamo il mare splendido, la cordialità della gente, il cibo e la bellezza dei luoghi visitati possiamo senza alcun dubbio affermare che è stata davvero una vacanza meritevole. Un ringraziamento speciale al Sig. Giorgio e mi sa tanto che ci rivedremo nel 2016 …

13 giorni di relax fra mare e siti barocchi
La casa vacanza è ubicata in una posizione tranquilla; l'abbiamo trovata pulita, arredata con cura e dotata di tutti i confort. Giorgio, il proprietario, è una persona cordiale e disponibile. Ci ha assistito telefonicamente durante il viaggio ed al nostro arrivo ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni sui servizi presenti in zona e sui siti turistici da visitare. Abbiamo soggiornato 13 giorni durante i quali abbiamo frequentato diverse spiagge e visitato le città barocche dei dintorni.

Week-end all’insegna del riposo
Per la seconda volta, abbiamo scelto per il nostro soggiorno, questa villetta. La cura e la pulizia della villetta, ancora una volta, sono stati ineccepibili. La tranquillità del luogo (non ancora caotico, dato il periodo dell’anno), e le passeggiate lungo le spiagge di Caucana e Marina di Ragusa, hanno reso il Week-end particolarmente rilassante e decisamente romantico. Ottima soluzione.
La struttura in cui abbiamo soggiornato è conforme a quanto indicato nell’inserzione. La villetta è confortevole, funzionale e ben attrezzata. Ottima la pulizia e la veranda esterna. La zona è tranquilla e permette di raggiungere in poco tempo le spiagge e le cittadine caratteristiche. I proprietari sono cordiali e disponibili. Consiglio il soggiorno in questa struttura.

Fantastica Sicilia
Non potevamo trovare di meglio: ospitalità, cortesia e tanta brava gente. I proprietari Giorgio e Stefania, sono fantastici, scrupolosi e ottimi consiglieri. La casa nuovissima è attrezzata di tutto. Ottimo il luogo per raggiungere qualsiasi località turistica. Da ripetere assolutamente !!!!

Bella esperienza, ottimo posto accoglienza eccezionale, abbiamo trascorso 8 gg bellissimi la casa è perfetta comoda per una famiglia con 2 bimbi, la posizione è ottima per gli spostamenti, poi grazie anche ai consigli di Giorgio (molto disponibile per tutto) ci siamo trovati benissimo,da tornare per le prossime volte, la consiglio vivamente.

Ottimo soggiorno
Zona tranquilla vicina a tutte le mete del barocco siciliano il mare oltre che pulito ha fondali bassi e all'occorrenza anche con scogli. La casa ha tutto: funzionalità per poterla vivere, veranda attrezzata, il pezzo forte pulizia e ordine. Da citare anche la disponibilità del proprietari nel fornire tutte le informazioni sui luoghi per poter godere al meglio il soggiorno. Tornerò sicuramente
