Large luxury duplex with semi-private pool and hot tub in great location!

This 3 bed 3 bath 2100 sqft luxury condo is centrally located close to Snow Canyon parkway and quick 10 minutes drive to downtown Saint George, Tuacahn, etc. The second floor consists of two large master bedrooms with large flat screen TVs and en-suite bathrooms. The main floor has an open floor plan spacious living room, dining with large table that seats 8 and a bedroom with twin beds and large bathroom in addition to a laundry room and an over-sized two car garage. Overall the condo has two queen beds, two twin beds, couches and easily fits two families with kids.

Two private decks/patios - one on each level
Community pool/hot tub - there's 20 homes in the community and we are usually the only ones at the pool whenever we go (there's a large pool at the adjacent Entrada area/community club that a lot of owners use instead).

Nice, comfortable, and spacious place on edge of town
The property is spacious with high ceilings and a good amount of light during the day if you open the shades. It's in a small gated community on the edge of St George close to foot paths and bike routes and a few miles from the Snow Canyon entrance. Two car garage that can fit pretty big cars and tall enough for an SUV with roofbox. We found it very comfortable for the two of us and expect it would be comfortable for a family of 5-6. The listing did not have all the check-in details entered so make sure you connect with the owner to get those before you arrive.

Perfect rental for our little family
Our family really enjoyed staying at this location. We felt safe in the gated community and fully enjoyed the pool. There was quick access to many beautiful hiking trails.

Great place!!
Sara’s property was perfect for our family weekend! It was It was in an ideal location with plenty of room for our group. We loved using the pool and had it to ourselves nearly every time we were there. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen had enough supplies for what we needed. Sara was accommodating and helpful. Check in and check out were seamless and easy. We highly recommend this property!
