La habitación era espaciosa pero no tenía donde colgar y guardar ropa. La localización es excelente, al igual que el servicio. La remodelación les quedó muy bien ofreciendo un ambiente muy agradable.

Bel endroit. hyper bruyant. Et surtout dangereux
Je suis tombée à cause du nettoyage à grande eau fait par les femmes de ménages. Du coup plusieurs contusions car l’eau a pénétré dans la chambre. Rien n’a été proposé. Il a fallu qu’on s’énerve pour avoir du désinfectant pour nettoyer les plaies et des pansements. Aucun dédommagement alors que je suis réellement blessée et que mon séjour va être vraiment compromis

The hotel is a beautiful 1950’s Cuban architecture. The open atrium that went up several stories. Sweeping stair cases. A wonderful patio on the front of the hotel that looks over the main plaza in Santa Clara. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The staff was absolutely wonderful!! The front desk went above and beyond to help me get a taxi to Jucaro. They helped translate to the dive company that I was meeting and setting up WiFi for me. Even the service at the bar was most friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the 25 yr old Cuban Rum!! I would most Definately stay there again!!

O hotel e ótimo, muito bonito. Pontos negativos: a noite e bastante barulhento, pois há um bar que fica aberto até tarde no andar dos quartos.. Outro ponto, café da manhã e gostoso, mas precisava ser organizado diferente! Como são os Garçons q servem cada mesa e muitíssimo demorado! O motorista q estava me espernado teve

Lovely hotel. Positively modern by Cuba standards. Fantastic location and beautiful setting over looking the central square. Food however was disappointing even for Cuba

La chambre est sans fenêtres ! La literie est bien, la salle de bain également. Spacieuse avec des rangements. Le personnel de l'établissement plein de bonne volonté, gomme les imperfections.
