Beautiful, light and comfortable 3rd floor condo in the newest building of Sienna. Located on the Blackrock 9 course of Sunbrook. This modern condo is the perfect spot for your golfing getaway. End unit has more light and more room than the other Sienna units. Upgraded master shower. Plenty of room to enjoy outdoor with the wrap-around deck. Grill up a great meal with the large outdoor BBQ. Gourmet kitchen complete with Thermadore gas stove, large GE Profile refrigerator and convection microwave.Please note the pool, hot tub and club house have been demolished and are under reconstruction and no completion date has been set.
