Enjoy beach living at its finest in our open and bright, newly renovated Townhome in the heart of Santa Barbara. The West Beach Hideaway offers separate outdoor patio areas, with an en-suite bathroom in the Master Bedroom and a dedicated bathroom for the 2nd Bedroom. The Living Room and Kitchen area features high vaulted ceilings, a fireplace and a cozy nook to enjoy a meal or an intimate conversation. Just outside on the balcony is a grill and more outdoor seating for some alfresco dining.

Ideally located, The West Beach Hideaway is close to everything. Go for a ride or walk along the Beach Path, grab a bite, sailboat or a paddle board down by the Waterfront, head up to State Street for Santa Barbara's great restaurant and shopping scene or explore one of the many wine tasting rooms and breweries in The Funk Zone.

Great property -- we really enjoyed our stay here. The space was clean, well furnished, and spacious. The location was fairly central, about a 10 minute walk to downtown and the beach, and the area felt safe and walkable.

Relaxing Getaway
Extremely pleasant vacation rental. It was clean and nicely decorated and maintained. I would, without exception, recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet spot to relax. Its location near the beach is a plus.

It was a very nice bright and cheery place to stay. Centrally located townhome just minutes from all my favorite spots located around Santa Barbara, Montecito and Goleta areas. Would definitely think of staying at this place for my next visit.

The Good & The Bad
The Good - very well appointed townhome that was very comfortable and clean. The location (only .5 miles from West Beach) can't be beat. The Bad - on a very busy street. The pictures make it seem like the townhome is located in a quiet & tranquil area but nothing can be farther from the truth. Even with the double-pane windows, the constant hum and noise of cars passing by was a bummer. So much so that using the lower and upper patios was a non-starter.

The townhouse was as described, completely renovated, and like brand new. The house was meticulously, clean and well apportioned and decorated. The location is good a couple of blocks from the beach and close to all the activities at the Funk Zone.

Adorable space great location!
We absolutely loved our stay here. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable! The built in seating by the breakfast was a favorite spot for morning coffee and late night cards/board games: The fireplace was a welcome addition in the evening and the master bedroom suite was exceptjonal! Also very much appreciated the ability to walk into town for restaurants and to the beach for walks and bike rides. We would definitely recommend!!

Comfortable Cozy & Clean
I would not think twice about returning to this property. It is well represented in the photos and convenient to the harbor and lower State St. Groceries are very close by as well as the Rodeo Room Lounge or the Brewhouse which are all an easy walk down the block. I was surprised about it being a two story home, so it might not be good for someone with accessibility issues but not an issue for us.

We were happy with our stay. Place is newer and clean. The location is walking distance to the waterfront. It is right behind a gas station and on a pretty busy corner. If you are noise sensitive, this might not be the place for you. I had some trouble sleeping due to the traffic noise in the front room, but my traveling companion said the primary was quiet.

Perfect Location
This townhome is a perfect spot for a SB vacation. Good spaces inside and out. The fireplace was much appreciated during our “blizzard” weekend and we enjoyed the kitchen window seat each morning. When needing a coffee pot replacement, Wanderlust was right on it and delivered a brand new one within an hour.

Easy Walking Distance to Beach and Fun
Calm, clean, and contemporary - though a bit of street noise. All recently redone townhouse with a cozy kitchen breakfast banquette and all the comforts. We liked how quickly we could walk to the harbor and to downtown food. We'll choose this nest again.
