The hotel was very nice. Our room was perfect for a family of 6! We only had minor complaints like the remote for the upstairs tv would not change the channels and the upstairs window had no curtains but other than that it was a great stay.

My stayed was bad Room was good and clean Bathroom old Staff never informed me about the breakfast, I have to asked for the $13 dollars to get the voucher. We stayed two nights and received the voucher the day I checked out because I asked about it. I have to asked for water because they never send water to the room. Our window was looking at the garbage containers and the garbage was picked up at 6:00am on Saturday Not a good experience AT ALL

The room is spacious, modern and quiet. The bathroom is equipped with luxurious lotion, shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash. It’s convenient to walk around shops in Solvang. Front desk staff are welcoming and friendly.

Staff were great only problem I had was with the reservation. We checked in at 11am but they said the room wasn’t ready yet. I waited for their call but it was already 4pm and I had a 5pm dinner arrangement. They said the room has been ready but I wasn’t notified. Other than that, the room was clean, spacious with private balcony which I appreciated. Will come back again for our next visit
