In the elegant living space, a 36” HD TV, sleeper sofa, and French doors open onto a beautiful private courtyard, where a Waterford fireplace adds a touch of romance and warmth to the setting. Our luxury beach getaways —in the Historical West Beach area— reside in a historical turn of the century building which retains the charm of the day’s bygone. The building has been lovingly restored to reflect Santa Barbara's ambiance, its array of apartments revealing both romantic and European styles. Our various spaces are complemented by luxurious details from Carrera marble surfaces, hand cast plaster, 10 feet vaulted ceilings and Waterford fireplaces.

Located in the heart of Santa Barbara, you’ll be steps from the beach and blocks from Stearn’s Wharf and the harbor, world renowned dining and downtown shops, as well as the Public Market and our own local farmer’s market. Close proximity to the vibrant Funk Zone also adds to the allure. This nook where the streets meet the ocean, was was one an industrial spot, but is now a flourishing space with lively and artistic locale. The benefit of nearby bike rental shops and the downtown Amtrak station further allows for easy transportation. As you’ll be located downtown, beautiful shops and restaurants lining State Street and nearby beaches and gardens are perfect for unwinding, whereas, nearby Channel Islands and wine country prompt adventurous day trips.
