One of the cleanest hotels I’ve seen recently. Friendly staff, easy check in, excellent location if lower state street and waterfront is where you plan on spending your day.

Nicely decorated, clean rooms. But the attempt to do all checkin and checkout on a mobile app is not convenient for everyone. Neither is the understaffed lobby. The staffperson was helpful enough on the rare occasion when he was there, but he did say there would be coffee in the lobby in the morning and there was not on either day. He showed up to fix the key when I texted him, but phones break, get lost, lose their charge, etc. Some people don't even have them.

Cozy, fun spot
We loved this little gem just off of State Street. The courtyard is full of fun games/hammock/swings and the bed was SUPER comfortable. Great value for the money!

Reasonable accommodation in Santa Barbara downtown
Since this was a work/pleasure trip, I'm glad to have come across this property in downtown Santa Barbara. Very respectful staff, excellent customer service, and well located off State Street. It's ideal for families with young children, and I definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel is by far my worse stay in year of 2024. First of all, heater is not working so they ended up giving me a portable heater to use for the room. Then the only TV in the room also not working so our family has to use my laptop as the only entertainment in the room. We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights so we didn;t get to have any room cleaning service since they only offer this every other day during the trip. For a room costing my almost $400...this is the most expensive motel fixer...overall...terrible may be the word.

Very nice hotel. The room was well designed and decorated! It had all the amenities one could ask for. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was half a block away from all the major restaurants in Santa Barbara! I would definitely return if visiting Santa Barbara!

This property was amazing! I read some reviews that were NOT anything I would agree with as far as negative things. It was so centrally located, clean, comfortable bed, and a very quaint ocean theme. We enjoyed the little touches of giant chess, cornhole, and pin pong.

Each room is quite unique and cute. We were a little nervous with the ear plugs provided by the bed, but we had no need for them! The property provides outdoor games, fire pits, water feature, hammock chairs & dog area, again it is quite nice.
