Beautiful Retreat
We were visiting Santa Barbara to attend a funeral, along with my siblings and their grown children. There was plenty of space to spread around, and the main casita was home base for the evening and breakfast. The outdoor amenities were a huge plus, and it felt like a private oasis. The owner lives nearby and was attentive to any needs and requests.

Amazing Place in Great Location
We booked the villas for a girls weekend and had an amazing time together. The layout allowed us all to hang out together in one place while still having a nice setup to fit a big group for sleeping arrangements. The property had so many fun and luxurious amenities that we spent a lot of time enjoying together. The host was incredibly responsive and made the whole process very easy to manage. We were also located close enough to drive easily to all the other great spots in town. Would highly recommend, we are excited to find another reason to book this spot again!

Great Place!
Great place to stay for a large group. The owner was great and personable. Michelle was very responsive to questions. The only thing I think would improve the stay is getting the area sprayed for bugs. The Casitas next to the pool had some bugs that got in.

Amazing Property
The property is stunning and can accommodate a big group. The 4 separate villas allow for privacy and feels like you’re staying at a resort. Michelle was easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. The digital welcome guide was a nice touch, and convenient if we had questions about the property. I hope to rent this property again.

This is a Magical Place!

Ideal family gathering place
We really enjoyed our stay which provided the ideal familial gathering place. The communal setting, well kept grounds, beautiful views, pool and spa were excellent amenities for our water friendly family. The property manager, Michelle, and owner, Eddie, provided excellent customer service. We strongly recommend this property and appreciate the quick response to any questions we had.

Perfect for Large Families
Beautiful property with plenty of room for my family, my brother’s family and his extended family. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub plus amble chairs for outdoor lounging. Well equipped for cooking as well rec activities—the ping pong table was pretty much in continuous use.

Great house for Mom's trip!
I organized a mom's wine tasting weekend in Santa Barbara and booked this property with Michelle. What a great find! It was quiet yet 10 minutes from Santa Barbara and had PLENTY of space for 14 moms! We really enjoyed our trip and working with Michelle. Would highly recommend this property for other large groups!

There was a dead rat in the pool and when I alerted the manager and owner, was met with indifference. The dishwasher was tiny compared to the size of the house and the people it accommodates.

Great house for group getaway
I brought a group of 12 friends to stay at this house for a long weekend and we absolutely loved our stay. The house is big and roomy with tons of outdoor space. The pool area was amazing and we spent hours out there swimming and hanging out. The house is tucked away in the Santa Barbara hills and has a lot of privacy while also being only a 10-15 min Uber ride away from downtown and only 5 min drive from the nearest grocery store. All and all loved our stay. One thing to note, the property only has one small dishwasher and the kitchens in general were small compared to the property, so cooking large meals can be difficult. Even though property is on a small road DoorDash successfully delivered to us multiple times.

Intimate Home for Large Group
I hosted a Bachelorette party here and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was a large, beautiful and quiet setting that comfortably accommodated our party of 18. Eddie and Michelle were both lovely to work with along the process. Eddie was our main point of contact during our stay; he was extremely responsive and made himself available if we needed anything. The pool is definitely the best part about staying here! Feels like you're truly in a private oasis in the hills of Santa Barbara. Some feedback from our stay: There were a ton of ants and spiders around the property, most especially on all the chairs, lounge chairs and umbrellas outside/near the pool and fire pit. Since we spent most of our time around the pool we wished it was as clean outside as it was pristine inside. We felt there was not enough lighting outside for those who slept in the Pool Casitas; the nearest bathroom is a short walk from casitas but not enough lighting outside during the night and the pool lights do not work either. The property is pretty strict about towels so I would suggest bringing your own shower towels so you do not get charged for make-up stains on towels. We did not get charged for this however it is an easy thing to miss if you have a large group. We actually provided pool towels for everyone in our group and asked everyone to bring their own shower towels. Be sure to read through carefully the rules that are left inside the kitchen nearest to the pool for all rules and clean up instructions. There are hidden fees that you should be aware of at the start of your stay! Overall, we really enjoyed staying here and I highly recommend this especially for a large group looking for an overnight stay nestled in the stunning hills of Santa Barbara!!
