All linens, cookware and supplies are provided to all of our guests, all of the time.
We care about your stay and hope to have you as our guest very soon!

We also provide a pack and play portable crib and high chair for guests traveling with infants and small children.
One non-shedding, potty trained dog is also welcome at this home, with additional pet fee, however there is not a yard.
Guests acknowledge that some homes provide central A/C while others provide portable rolling high efficiency A/C units. Please inquire first.

Huge Master Suite
Best Master Suite I've seen in a VRBO! Two other comfy BRs for adults, one with it's own loo but no shower and another with shower. Plenty of small patios and lovely indoor spaces with lots of windows for light.

Lovely family home close to everything
Just came back from a week stay at this lovely home in Santa Barbara. Great home - very large, tons of room. My two teenagers were able to get the quiet alone time they wanted and we had plenty of together space. Location is excellent - close to everything, we walked to every meal and the beach. Would happily stay again.

Lovely, spacious house in perfect location. Well equipped, very comfortable, especially loved all the verandas off each room. The one minor drawback was the small bedroom with trundle bed with half bath would not have worked well for a couple.

Close to everything!
We loved this property for both the location and the property itself. It was such a great location- 2 blocks walk to West Beach and just a few more steps to Stearns Wharf and the Harbor. Easy walk to the great restaurants, wine tasting rooms and breweries in the Funk Zone. The place was spacious for 6 guests and the bedrooms were all comfortable and cozy. Lots of windows and light, great patio spaces and overall unique historical property. I had worried slightly about proximity to Train Station but no need to worry, this did not bother us at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this property is amazing. Bigger than the pictures make it seem. Comfortable and relaxing. The only two issues I had were the AC not being in one room upstairs and the noise is loud coming from outside (traffic, people, the worst was the train in am/pm). Regardless of those things, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location 2 blocks from the beach and lower state street. Beach equipment in the garage was very convenient to enjoy the sandy beaches. We arrived on a Sunday and the garage keypad was inop. Emailed the property manager with an immediate response and repair. Comfy home, well furnished in a perfect location to enjoy SB and West Beach/Funk Zone. Highly recommended

THE HOUSE WAS BEAUTIFUL AND THE LOCATION IS AWESOME! THE ONLY THING IS WE THOUGHT THE HOUSE ADVERTISED AS HAVING AC AND SEEMS THAT IT DIDN'T SO WAS QUITE HOT IN THE AFTERNOONS AND AT NIGHT. WE WOULD HAVE OPENED MORE WINDOWS BUT YOU DON'T HAVE SCREENS ON ANY OF THE WINDOWS DOWNSTAIRS.

Everything about this property was perfect from start to finish. We traveled to Santa Barbara for my daughter’s wedding and we had everything we needed plus more. The property was beautiful, clean, well maintained and the hosts provided nearly everything we needed from coffee, to stocked cabinets for cooking, beach supplies, etc. In addition, I realized as I was flying home that I left all of my jewelry in a drawer in the master bedroom. Panicked, I called the emergency number on my layover. They took my contact information and said they would send the message to the owners. Within minutes, Katie called me and got all of the pertinent information she needed and said she’d check into it as soon as she could get into the property (which was the next day since it was a holiday). She personally went to the property, found my jewelry that I was asked to identify and said she would get it shipped out to me. After sending an email with payment details for shipping and insurance, I received a reply that they would not be charging my card and provided a tracking number to ease my anxiety. Katie was so professional but also added a personal touch that made me feel like I was her number one priority. I cannot recommend this company, or this property enough. I only hope we have the opportunity to return!
